Good, convenient and in reasonable price.

Always my go to hotel in Taipei. I love how it is so accessible and the staff are efficient, service oriented etc. Clean rooms and fuss free check-in and out. Breakfast was good too

I booked this hotel because it advertised a free airport transfer service, but when the time came, the service was completely unreliable. No one contacted me or provided the necessary details, and I was left with no choice but to call a taxi myself. I felt misled—if I had known the service would be this unreliable, I would have booked another hotel instead. The hotel itself is extremely dark, far darker than the photos suggest. The atmosphere is eerie and unsettling—definitely not ideal for solo travelers or anyone easily spooked. The cleanliness was another huge issue. The carpet in my room was noticeably dirty, and to make matters worse, I found someone else’s ***** hair in the room. I’m absolutely certain it wasn’t mine, as I always make sure to be fully groomed. This was beyond disgusting and completely unacceptable. As for the staff, their service was disappointing. When I asked for help at the lobby, they just told me to contact the trip’s call center instead of assisting me directly. It felt like they were passing the responsibility around with no intention of actually solving the issue. Overall, this was a frustrating and unpleasant experience. Between the false promises, uncleanliness, and poor service, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
