Our stay is really fantastic 🥰 all the staff are very accommodating, infact they gave my son a stuff toy and a rice cookie. I enjoy personally the sauna and jacuzzi, my husband enjoy the rich breakfast. And all our request are free like extra blanket. Will definitely stay here again.

Staying with mom and grandmother, 60s and 80s. They enjoyed the sauna, and swimming pool, and were so satisfied with the breakfast. The location is a bit of the middle of nowhere but it didn't matter bc we called Uber all the time. They provide a shuttle bus but never used it. One suggestion for a triple room, it would be good to set up a table for tea or chat. Such a huge space but only a chair to seat. Also, I am wondering which brand is the shampoo and body wash in the room. It is so nice ;-) Staffs were all kind and smiled 😊 Thank you for caring.

Clean,comfortable, peaceful and recommended hotel in Taiwan. We Can see the city view and especially the taipe 101.

Room is spacious. Staff is friendly and helpful. Pool was crowded when we check in on sun.

The hotel is about ten minutes away from the MRT station. The cleaning work inside the hotel is great, which makes me very happy.

Very nice hotel with clean spacious rooms and good swimming pool and sauna. Wonderful breakfast room and selection. The only drawback is its location about 10 minutes walk to a metro station. They offer shuttle service to nearby station. Would stay there again.

The room is spacious and the ac is very cold amidst of Taipei heat! I love the toilet too. Remember to take toothbrush and dental floss at the check in counter though!

It was a great experience. Front desk can speak English well and the service is good. The food is fresh and perfectly delicious. A little bit disappointed for a sauna staff. She guide us about the rules politely, but I don’t think she guide the local properly. Cause there’s some locals don’t even take a shower first before get into the hot pool. Even worse using smartphone in dress up room. So disgusting and so not comfortable. When I told the staff, she came in and just laughed with that locals. Maybe that locals are member club, idk. Cause they looked so close. One of the reasons I choose this hotel cause they have sauna. But I really really disappointed about that service. It was just one person staff responsibility but it makes a very bad experience for us. Hope they will provide this facility with some easily understandable sign/rules in the room. And treat non ********* and ********* customers with the same service.

Location is convenient, very spacious, nice facilities feels like in Japan!

The hotel is pretty nice to live in. The rooms are spacious and clean. The facilities are also good.

Really enjoyed our stay in this 5 stars hotel. Service was great and courteous. Breakfast was plentiful with good coffee & fruits. Love the swimming pool and the sauna. Spacious room, of course.

Trip lists this as a 5 star hotel which is not true. It is a 4 star, when you ask them. I feel cheated. The location is not good, the lobby is tired, the dinner was a disaster and I had to return it, maybe that made them mad?? (the replacement meal was the only meal I got sick off of on a 3 week trip). I pd $150 a night, I feel it was more like a $90 a night property due to the spa and pool. The concierge was also very helpful. If I ever return to Taipei I will avoid staying in the city--this was my big mistake.

Location is a bit off from but a non stop bus to Jiufen w/in 2 minutes walking distance. Very spacious room. Hard not to fall in love w/ a separate toilet & shower/bath booth.
