Overall it was nice. The place is accessible to good tourist spots. I especially liked that it was just opposite Carrefour which is open 24x7.

The Grand Garden Hotel is excellent! The overall service quality is high, and the lobby environment is great. The staff are very service-oriented and enthusiastic about helping. They provided detailed explanations for everything, from standard procedures to currency exchange. The location is also fantastic, very close to Wanhua District, with many attractions within walking distance – perfect for those who love culture. The hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from Xiaonanmen MRT Station. The rooms are clean and tidy. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again next time.

Very nice room, the hotel is well located but it’s on a road, the lobby is a bit chaotic, breakfast is wild, lots of kids, decent food selection but not enough coffee machines. Decent gym but could be better, amazing view from the gym. Alright overall.

The location is super convenient. Just a bit disappointed with the breakfast; it wasn't what we'd expect from a 5-star hotel.

The floor is not carpeted; instead, it features a laminate surface with cracks and areas that have lifted. Additionally, the design of the fluted glass in the toilet area is poorly executed, compromising privacy because a large mirror directly across from it reflects the space, reducing the overall sense of seclusion. One day, the cleaning team still hadn't cleaned the room, even after the ‘Please Make Up Room’ button was lit.

Not super near to ximending. 10min walk. Maybe cleanliness need to improve as cushion is on the floor.

Didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that. Facilities: No washing machine, but laundry service is available, though I didn't use it. Location: Good, close to the subway station. Service: The staff provided excellent service! 👍 I recommend this place to everyone.

I stayed with my parent for 3 nights. There were not many hotel with a room for three adults, so it was great. The service was nice, the room was great.

The hotel is located near to a 24 hour super market. MRT is also within walking distance. Besides that, there are also many local delicacies nearby. Managed to find them when I’m making my way to Ximending which is roughly a 10 mins walk. Great stay and it’s already my third visit to this hotel.

Very conveniently located near mrt. Location is next to a mall with big carrefour. Walking distance to ximending. Big spacious room. Allows us to collect free biscuits and candies. Helpful staff. Enjoys our stay here.

The location is very convenient. We booked a triple room, and the double bed inside was super big. The staff were also incredibly nice.

I booked a room with three single beds, perfect for staying with kids. The breakfast featured typical ********* snacks. It's just a 10-minute walk to Ximending, a must-visit spot for tourists, and also a 10-minute walk to Longshan Temple, a significant site for traditional ********* beliefs.

A stunning view greeted us when we first checked into our room. We didn't expect to see a great view of the Taipei 101 given the hotel's location. A perfect place to watch countdown fireworks. Hotel room was very clean and spacious. You can see the small details and effort in maintaining the room. Welcome snacks were delicious. Special mention to the popcorn which was so good. Good location with walking distance to nearby hypermarket and 西门町. Well connected to nearby mrt and bus stations. Definitely living up to its high scoring.

The room was spacious enough for all of us, with comfortable beds and thoughtful touches that made our stay relaxing. The hotel’s cleanliness was impressive, and housekeeping did an excellent job each day. Location was ideal — plenty of food choices, convenience stores, and MRT stations nearby. Moving around the city was very easy. What we appreciated most was the warm and friendly service. Staff greeted us sincerely every time and helped with directions, transport bookings, and recommendations. Breakfast was varied and delicious, with options suitable for both adults and kids. Overall, a fantastic choice for families looking for comfort and convenience.
