Room is spacious and clean, staff is generally friendly. The lady at the pastry shop was a bit cool though. Their pineapple cakes are good. Nice flavour and packing.

A huge thank you to Ms. Eriko and the rest of the team for their amazing hospitality. Their bright smiles made every day better. The hotel was very clean and provided a peaceful atmosphere to recharge. The great location was the icing on the cake!

Loved this hotel. All the staff are super helpful. Onsen, heated pool, breakfast, rooms all wonderful and a refuge in the city! Close to metro and great shopping

This luxury hotel in Taipei is absolutely fantastic! The rooms are impeccably maintained, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The service is attentive, detailed, and genuinely warm. Its prime location makes transportation incredibly convenient. I'd definitely stay here again.

Facilities were very nice. We stayed at The Okura in Tokyo, and this was not as good, but still very nice. Excellent service and great location. Very clean.

Excellent service and very clean.

This was an impromptu stay, having had an earlier reservation at another hotel but decided to cancel our booking there for Okura. The other hotel had issues with very strong cigarette smell from the earlier guest but were fully booked and unable to change our room. Long story short, more than glad to find Okura just around the corner though at a much higher price point. We checked in at 10.30pm (yeap, at night, after a flight to Taiwan just hours earlier) and slept like a baby for the night. Thank you, Okura, for the hospitality! They even provided yummy pineapple tarts and tea in the room. Now that, is the right way to kickstart our trip! :)

The rooms are clean, the layout is great, and the service is consistently excellent. This has been my top choice hotel in Taipei for over a decade.

I really enjoyed my stay at The Okura. The service was excellent and they upgraded my room, wich was awesome. It was large, spacious and very nice to come back to after a long and hot day out. I really appreciated that. I also liked the construction quality and use of good quality material throughout. My only gripe is there was a slight musty smell until the cleaning lady turned on the dehumidifier, and then it went away. Overall, it was superb, especially the service. I also appreciate that there was a cold plunge in the spa and that it was freezing cold. So many places compromise nowadays on everything. It’s nice they try to stick to the standard here.

I absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Okura! I was surprised to get a room upgrade, which made the experience even more special. The service was top-notch. Every staff member was attentive, warm, and professional. The location couldn’t be better, with easy access to the MRT, shopping malls, and a really lovely neighborhood to explore. On top of that, the hotel itself is so luxurious. Highly recommended. I’ll be staying here again when I go back to Taipei.
