City Suites (Taipei Beimen Branch)

It’s my third time staying here and unfortunately did not have a good an experience as the first 2 times. My fellow neighbors and housekeeping were quite noisy and the room I had seemed to have worse sound proofing than usual. Also when showering late at night I was told to run the shower for 10 minutes before getting any hot water, which is obviously not ideal. Despite this, the location is still good and it’s good value for money but if you need some quiet time or you’re a night owl I might not recommend this hotel.

Excellent location. Airport express train (35min ride) goes directly to Taipei Main Station, and linked underground to Beimen MRT. Then just take exit Y27 and you can see the hotel sign to your right. The complimentary coffee/tea machine at the lobby was a big bonus! Many cheap food options within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Taipei.

Good location but aircon was not the best. Shower’s drainage system can be improved.

Hotel is located near MRT station. Room is small with no space to open big luggages so more suited for business travellers doing overnight stays. Can see some mould developing near silicon strips of bathroom divider. Did not spot any cockroaches in the room even though it was summer during my time of stay.

Everything good, staff is helpful and friendly. Sound proof is acceptable but know that this is common problem

the room is clean and the transport very convenient . Will choose this one for my next trip.
