Grand Victoria Hotel

Excellent guest service. Someone from the staff is always very willing and ready to assist you at anytime. The room including the bathroom was clean and organized. It is diagonally across from the Miramar shopping center where you can eat at Starbucks, Friday’s, and Tim Ho Wan. Also, you can eat at the food court with a lot of different choices such as pasta or iron steak including Burger King, Krispy Kreme, Baskin Robbins and Cold Stone Creamery. There are also Chinese, Thai and Korean restaurants. You can also watch movies there as there is a huge cinema at Miramar shopping center. It is just a block and a half way from the MRT Jiannan Road stop exit 3. Also, if you want to enjoy good steak there is a Ruth Chris steakhouse very near the hotel. The hotel may not be in downtown Taipei but it is not far from Zhongxiao Fuxing MRT stop where there are many choices for good food and good shopping. The hotel is a good choice for a quiet place to stay if you value a good night sleep at a five star hotel without having an extremely expensive room rate. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

My favourite hotel. Every time I visit the island, I chose to stay there. Every staff is nice and down tow earth to help. Room is very clean that I don’t need disposable covers for beddings and pillows. They even provide my favourite tea - brand “Twinning”. How many hotels in Taiwan are willing to spend so much for hotel guests? Their eggs, boy, the best in Taiwan. It’s true organic eggs without any antibiotics. It’s so fresh that I haven’t had such good eggs for decades. It’s almost like a well-kept secret for the hotel. A must taste for breakfast! Location-wise, it’s only 3-5 minutes walk to MRT. There are some very nice malls nearby. Room is big compared to some nearby 5-star hotels. No complaints. They are the best kept secret hotel in Taipei!

I stayed at Vitoria for business, overall it is good and it is near the venues I attended.

My second time here because of very nice experience last time around a year ago. Good location with shopping mall nearby.

Located within walking distance to Miramar mall and 15-min taxi ride to Songshan area with lots of dining and shopping options. Staff were very attentive and friendly, proactive in offering assistance. Rooms were spacious and clean.
