Our favourite hotel in Taipei thus far! The hotel is clean, big and located near the Zhongshan MRT station, making it easy to travel around the area. Hotel staff was friendly and will greet us with a smile whenever we stepped past the reception area. Our room also comes with a view of Taipei 101, making it really enjoyable. Will highly recommend this hotel!

Had an employee lie to my face and make me wait in the lobby for hours. Had a stranger literally walk into my room due to an oversight from the hotel. The concierge team was poor overall. Wendy needs to be better trained and learn how to speak politely to guests. Still giving two stars because Debby tried hard to make things right for me.

A pleasant hotel which is close to scenic spots which we've never visited before. Very convenient. Close to a variety of public transport. Recommend.

Location was great, in the middle of Zhongshan district with lots of restaurant and bars around. But the rooms are tiny and lack amenities. For this price, you can stay in other big names close by, such as a Japanese one across the street.
