We rented a car so location isn't a problem. Close to everywhere if u drive, near Shilin market. Bed is huge, room is spacious, free mini bar and refilled everyday.

Nice hotel lobby and friendly staff. Room is spacious with a relaxing forest view. Cleanliness is on point and beds are really comfy. Things that drag down the rating for this hotel. 1. Breakfast was a tad too average. 2. Its regrettable that they dont do cleaning service from evening onwards though they can replenish amenities and clear rubbish out of the room.

Great stay with my family on a typhone day. Will definitely stay here again next time.

Everything is very good. Clean, nice service, prefect view. My kids enjoyed the roof top swimming pool a lot!

Excellent service, clean and well maintained. Food at buffet breakfast has a wide variety and quality is great. The restaurant for buffet breakfast is nice and has a wonderful view facing the green.

Nice clean room with an amazing view and great service. Only downside is that the location is slightly further from the MRT station and the breakfast is average.

Great location but wish pool and gym had longer hours. They also need to enforce better sanitary guidelines for young children(infant) using same pool as adults doing laps. Saw families allowed to bring infant with NO water diaper or any diaper) enter pool. Gross...

Helped booked this hotel for my parents in law and they loved it! What they like - quiet - good service - room is clean - overlooks mountain and a beautiful park - provides fruit juice and 2 packets of popcorn daily - 10mins walk to Shilin station and night market - bath salt provided and big bathtub!

Good facility and rooms are very new. Staffs are friendly and very helpful. I will stay again next time.

It is very spacious for 2 people to stay! Beautiful interior and helpful staff, they are responsive to the service you need👍🏼Different varieties of food in the breakfast buffet👍🏼 There is Shilin night market nearby and the hotel is walkable distance to metro station, however it is not really located in the city center so we use Uber most of the time.. Overall is a pleasant stay and will book the same type of room next time visit Taipei!👍🏼

The mountain view overlooking Shilin Residence's gardens is rare for a Taipei hotel. Room was very clean, cozy and nicely designed. Customer service was excellent. Rooftop pool was slightly disappointing as the area was a little too dark to move around at night. Still impressive overall!

Good location, walking distance to metro. Lots of green, enjoyable. Room is quite big.
