房間沒打掃乾淨地毯上有保特瓶蓋。廁所的垃圾桶是腳踏式開蓋，腳踏的地方壞掉了只剩鐵條可以踩開蓋子，沒穿鞋沒辦法踩。廁所燈要用轉的，半夜起床上廁所還要找開關來轉很不方便。走路去捷運南京復興站只要4分鐘。附近還有全家和7-11。

距離捷運站近，背包客或是商務都很適合，房間雖然較舊，但也乾淨。飯店有一面可看到101晚上當夜景欣賞。值得推薦！
