Great Location ❤️ it is just across Ximending, (from Ximen Station Exit X5 use Lift/Elevator). Room is spacious, clean and service is good, they even provide additional 2bottled water and plastic bags for garbage the following day.

Good location near MRT ximen. Nice city view from the hotel room. There is a convenient store close to the hotel.

Room was small and bit outdated, with old-looking carpets that looked quite dirty. Check in was okay and reception was a bit cramped and unwelcoming. The hotel is located inside a huilding sharing floors with another hotel and some floors of this same hotel look very different, almost looked like a different hotel but are the same. Location was quite a bit of a walk for some seniors going to ximending, not very close to stations. Closest exit would be X5 from Ximen station but from the station itself, you have to go to Ximen Mall to find X5. 7 Eleven is a life saver beside the building.

I like that the location is just across ximending. So close to the shops and restaurants but the area is not crowded or noisy. The hotel is clean and spacious. I have tried other hotels in ximending area and they are a bir cramped but here u have a lot of space.

Our stay at Green World Zhonghua was a mix of positives and disappointments. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its excellent location. It is right in the heart of Ximending, with the Ximending Shopping District just across the street. There is also a 7-Eleven right beside the hotel, which is very convenient. If you’re arriving by MRT, the hotel entrance is located beside Exit X5, and you can also easily access it from Exits X4 and 5. It is definitely one of the best locations for exploring Taipei. Unfortunately, our experience with the hotel itself was disappointing. Some of the staff were not very friendly and were extremely strict with the check-in policy. Check-in is exactly at 3:00 PM, and if you want to check in earlier, they charge TWD 300 per hour. We had just completed a 24-hour journey, arrived early in the morning with six pieces of luggage, and had to wait almost six hours. We completely understand that hotels have check-in policies, but considering how exhausted we were, a little flexibility or hospitality would have been appreciated. What made it even more frustrating was that when we finally entered our room, it wasn’t clean. We found stains on the pillowcase and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. (Photos attached.) This was unacceptable, especially after waiting so long. We booked a Standard Room for a seven-night stay, knowing it would be small, but we did not expect the air conditioning to stop working after only two days. Two maintenance staff attempted to repair it but were unable to fix the problem. We ended up using only a fan for the remainder of our stay. The hotel also had no water for one evening, which added to the inconvenience. When we raised our concerns about the cleanliness and the air conditioning, the response from the staff was disappointing. Instead of offering a proper solution, they simply suggested that we cancel our reservation and move to another hotel. With our luggage and after everything we had already gone through, that was not a realistic option. The breakfast was another letdown. The weekday menu was almost exactly the same every day, while weekends only had two or three different dishes. Considering the hotel’s location, I would actually recommend skipping the breakfast and eating outside instead. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, and local food stalls nearby that offer much better food at reasonable prices. Overall, I would rate this hotel mainly for its outstanding location. If convenience is your top priority, it’s hard to beat. However, based on our experience with the cleanliness, staff attitude, unresolved air conditioning issue, water outage, and repetitive breakfast, I don’t think we would choose to stay here again.

Great hotel ever! Room is very clean, big, and good smell. Good location of hotel. Very near MRT Ximen exit 5 and Ximending. The staffs are very great, polite, and helpful. Many types of room (2-3-4 beds) with reasonable price. This hotel will the one and only one that I will choose and book for the next Taipei trip.
