Vendome East Inn

The hotel itself pretty old. VERY HUMID!!! Smells like old water. Even tho they have dehumidifier, but still smells bad and u can see the water drops on the walls. March 20th was pretty cold, but the room after 6pm was 14C. Called on receptionist to help Me,they said they don’t have any heating system. If you plan to sleep and your windows facing the street- u won’t sleep. It’s some clubs and bars in the building so all night you will hear drama and woman yells and crying outside of the bars. Moreover very loud cars that wants to speed up and make that loud sound. Its fine for the money but I didn’t sleep well at all. Note it was Wednesday night and still loud people … Maybe they should clean the shower better because you can see the discoloration, didn’t want to take a shower there…

Vendome hotel is conveniently located at the Taipei East luxury district where the most restaurants luxury brands shopping & famous nightclubs located. The proximity are very populated.

Love the location of the hotel, very near to zhongshan dun hua station. And nearby have alot of food to eat.

The location okay, but not a hotel. But business KTV and Night Club below. Issues VERY NOISY TILL 4AM, CANNOT REST. SHOWER DRAINAGE VERY SLOW AND START TO FLOOD. NO RECEPTIONS AVAILABLE, TOUGH TO FIND

Location is located in the perimeter of Taipei 101. Below it has Watsons, and you can start shopping at Zara and Rolex. The hotel lobby is located on the 8th floor which is the building shared with other retails, shops and services. Room wise is clean, air conditioning is good. Shower water pressure is strong! Good hotel for to stay for a night or two.

Horrendous experience. 1) Extreme noise. From karaoke and some drunk people shouting in the hallway at 2am. 2) Horrendous cleaners. They threw away my trousers and I lost my expensive trousers. 3) Lot of dust 4) Room smells so bad like poop 5) Extremely dark room Overall 0 recommend and it is my worst stay in my life.

The hotel was pretty central in Taipei and had easy access to the metro. Rooms were pretty clean and had good amenities.

Good location, so many stores around, seven eleven and near to mrt station!

It is basically a love hotel based at the centre of taipei, good price but I would not recommend it.
