Fantastic hotel in a very strategic location. Easy access to Tainan's main attractions. Comfy beds and good air con. Overall outstanding value so I stayed here twice. Amazing views especially at night time from the upper floors. Sadly a pretty average brekky spread with cheap ingredients. Keeping the hot food hot would be a great start before they work on improving the dishes.

This is by far the warmest and cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. After checking in, all sweaty from the heat, the front desk lady, with a smile, told me I could go enjoy their free afternoon tea. She then mentioned that supper was also complimentary. A glass of winter melon tea and two scoops of ice cream instantly cooled me down. I was also amazed by the variety of food offered at supper. And out of all the places I've stayed on this trip, this is the first hotel in Taiwan with a free self-service laundry facility. It was so convenient and comfortable! If I ever get the chance to visit Tainan again, I will definitely stay here.

The room was spacious and very comfortable, and the overall environment was clean and tidy, making for a very relaxing stay. The front desk staff were very friendly, spoke gently and patiently, and were helpful in answering any questions, which made us feel very at ease. The soundproofing was also good; we weren't really bothered by outside noise at night, allowing us to get a good rest. The location is convenient, and the surrounding amenities are excellent. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay, and I would choose to stay here again if I have the chance.

After traveling around Taiwan for a few days, I switched to a different hotel on my last night. The travel adapter I brought didn't work, my phone was almost dead, and it was too late to find an electronics store. The convenience store adapters were too expensive, so I decided to try my luck at the front desk. To my surprise, the staff lent me an adapter and even gave me a bag of popcorn and a drink! I really felt the warmth and friendliness of the ********* people. They truly came to my rescue when I was in a helpless situation, and I'm incredibly grateful. As for the room itself, I found it very clean. My previous hotel had a lot of foot traffic and poor soundproofing, so if you've had a similar experience, this guesthouse is an excellent choice, and it has good security too.

Excellent location, less than a 10-minute walk from Tainan Station, even with luggage. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs, which is very convenient. The hotel is in the city center, within walking distance to major attractions like Chihkan Tower and Grand Matsu Temple. Check-in and check-out are fully self-service, and communication with the hotel via LINE was quick and clear. The room was cozy and spacious enough for one person, with all basic amenities like a fridge and hairdryer. Although the hotel is in a commercial building, the soundproofing was acceptable; it wasn't too noisy despite a tutoring center downstairs. There's room for improvement in cleanliness and hygiene, especially the noticeable odor in the bathroom. On the second morning of my stay, there was a slight sewer smell coming from the toilet.

This was my second time staying here, and it's excellent! The location is super convenient, and the breakfast spread is fantastic. The water pressure in the bathroom is strong, and the hot water gets really hot. They even provide local Tainan old-brand biscuits in the room, which is a lovely touch. I'd definitely go back again!

It was a hostel chosen mainly for hygiene and location, but it was very clean and especially good with a shower room. It was a dormitory, but I could sleep quietly. However, the stairs are high, so it is difficult to carry heavy luggage up, so please refer to it.

Simply perfect... The overall quality and comfort were outstanding. The dorm room was spacious and airy, featuring a full-length mirror and a long table with benches in the center for guests to place their belongings. My bunk felt very comfortable and hassle-free, perhaps because I was assigned a lower bunk, which made getting in and out easy. The upper bunks might be a bit more inconvenient. A great plus was that even the lower bunks were quite high, unlike some hostels where the beds are so low you feel like you're almost lying on the floor. The shower facilities were very comfortable, and they even provided hair oil. The common areas were also delightful, cozy, and beautifully designed with excellent分区. Upon check-in, they gave me a small Tainan travel guide. I read it thoroughly and found it incredibly charming and useful. The memory of relaxing on the beanbag in the common area, reading and taking notes that evening, is still so vivid. All in all, I highly recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Tainan.

They assigned one of the best rooms I've stayed in in Tainan for my stay at the Hotel. The place was extremely clean and comfy. The room I was assigned was large and chic. Plenty of space and care with the details. The only downside for me was the breakfast, since the rooms gave the impression of a 5-star hotel I was expecting more variety and mostly a fast replenishment, the meat was finished and even though I waited for 30 min no one came to replace it. Another thing to note was the laundry room, the machines were a bit small and outdated But again for the price I paid was an excellant choice and the hotel staff specially through this app seems to care about my experience so therefore I will rate them 10/10 with a little room for improvement.
