Hotels in Xiaoximen, Tainan

A thoughtfully renovated old building, featuring traditional terrazzo flooring that naturally keeps the space cool. I stayed in the room on the left, facing the entrance, and it was incredibly peaceful at night. The room was impeccably clean and fresh, with not a speck of dust even in the corners. While the bathroom is shared, the shampoo and shower gel provided were high-quality, the water pressure was fantastic, making for a really enjoyable shower, and the hairdryer was new. My only slight issue was a strong liquid air freshener placed on the floor for deodorizing. The scent was quite overwhelming for my personal preference. Guests who don't like it can simply remove it or hand it to the front desk. The water dispenser was brand new, offering cold, warm, and hot options, complete with paper cups – perfect for making a nice cup of tea. I wasn't sure if the two plastic cups in the room were meant for rinsing or for tea. I didn't get a chance to ask the front desk, so I opted not to use them.

For Tainan, this place offers great value for money. It has a sauna, pool, gym, and a super central location. If you have a reason to visit Tainan, this is a good option. The service attitude is better than other hotels in Tainan in the same price range, perhaps due to cultural influence; they are especially attentive to Japanese guests, which is fine.

This hostel is incredibly clean for a dormitory, and considering the current average prices for accommodation in Taiwan, I think it offers excellent value for money. While it's a bit far from Tainan Station, exploring Tainan city itself pretty much requires using the bus or YouBike (or a taxi if you're willing to spend). Buses run frequently and the stop is close by, so it's not really inconvenient. I believe you'd be more satisfied staying here, even if it means traveling a little further, than settling for a similarly priced place closer to the station. However, self check-in requires using LINE, which isn't an issue for Japanese people like me, but it might be a bit inconvenient for those from countries that don't use LINE.

The room is full of space, feels warm, the mattress is comfortable, the toilet is clean, the only thing is that there is a little smell when I enter it, and then the air conditioner will be gone. Very good value for money, overall recommendation! 

去時發生一件非常有趣的事情（我們是3個人） 老闆請我們試試看密碼鎖開門，但我們一開始把*看成#所以前面輸入錯誤沒辦法進去 後來老闆開門後請我們再試試看，那時候我想上廁所老闆讓我先進去，但是密碼在我手機上，老闆又把門關起來讓我女友跟他同學在外面解密碼鎖 重點是，因為前面輸入錯誤要等5分鐘，老闆把他們兩個鎖在外面讓他們等5分鐘，我沒有密碼也不知道房間在哪，就癡癡的在那邊等😂 老闆也蠻好心的問我為什麼不先上去 （OS：手機跟密碼都在外面你叫我去哪🥲）

Damn cute, breakfast was damn good also! It’s a family or child friendly hotel very good for kids although I didn’t go with any kids but my mum. Location is well for shopping mall and accessible to everywhere! Highly recommend!

Come travel alone as a young single person...don't want chaos...quiet accommodation with no noise. I recommend coming here...a Japanese style room...soaking in hot spring water before going to bed, very comfortable...only thing is the map on google. Not updating the location of the accommodation...traveling for hours...must study the route carefully before the time to check is over...good thing this place uses a keycard system...press the code as sent in the message...for people IT era 2000 I have to learn a lot this time...

Forgot to take pictures of the room. We live in the first floor room. The environment is clean, Banniang is very kind and intimate, and there is a picture of the local food street with hand-painted pictures. The only downside is probably that it takes luck to stop the car But there are a lot of food nearby, you can walk out. Sound insulation is not very good, the sound of going down upstairs is obvious But fortunately we met other good tenants, everyone was quiet

Bringing children out ～ The room is very clean. The children are very happy to play ～ The overall environment is really like it. There are small snacks on the first floor. You will definitely choose here when you come to Tainan in the future.

This is a WOW hotel. Clean spacious rooms. Great location. Impeccable staff: Check-in, room attendant, ride hailing staff and especially their Concierge-Willy-!!!.All above par. And you gotta love their robot delivery:) They also include a free walking tour and it was wonderful!
