I dont really enjoy the service we got from the hotel, because first of all, they were rude to the customers when checkin out late, kept asking people to pay, because they are 10min late. Around the area there is no convenient store, and rooms are all quite small.

The new password lock system instead of a room card is quite innovative. The adjacent building is now open, and the facilities and rooms are pretty good. The only downside is that the parking lot next door doesn't cooperate with them, so you have to park in the public parking lot upfront, which is about a five-minute walk.

1. I booked through an online travel agency and got a great deal. 2. The lobby staff were all very friendly and made us feel right at home. 3. The room had excellent soundproofing, and all our requests were met. It was really convenient to call the front desk or use the online form for extra amenities. 4. Although bottled water wasn't provided, the water from the dispenser was good quality. 5. The breakfast menu changed daily, so we never got tired of it. We actually looked forward to seeing what they'd have the next day! 6. The location was excellent. You could rent scooters or bicycles from the hotel, making it super easy to get to places like Haian Road, Guohua Street, and Anping Old Street. Plus, convenience stores, parks, a family-friendly play area, Carrefour, and restaurants were all within walking distance. 7. The hotel also offered shuttle service to the HSR station or Eslite Spectrum.

There are plenty of places to eat nearby, although there is no breakfast included However, in the morning, there is a market at the door and there are many delicious foods nearby, which is very convenient. The only parking lot is a little far away (free parking lot near Fisherman's Wharf) But it's acceptable, just take a walk. The soundproofing is a bit low, and you can hear the sound of children crying and pulling chairs.

Overall, it was a fantastic and comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I've stayed here before, and they're great at remembering if it's a birthday or anniversary, always offering a complimentary cake and a card. This time, they even gave me a cute horse-themed doll!

It felt like a converted motel. The rooms were spacious, parking was not an issue, and the price was reasonable. The only downsides were that you had to shower in the large bathtub, which could be dangerous for the elderly and children. Also, the water pressure was a bit low. Otherwise, for the price, it was truly impeccable.

During my stay, I was extremely satisfied with the hotel's location, surroundings, and in-house services. Overall, I had a pleasant time. A river flows right next to the building, and the pleasant breeze blowing across the water in the mornings and evenings allowed me to feel the presence of nature even while in the city. Simply strolling along the river gave me the sense of freedom that only a travel destination can offer, and it was a refreshing way to start my day. The hotel's bicycle rental service was another particularly memorable feature of my stay. It allowed me to easily visit places a little further from the city center, significantly expanding my range of activities. During my stay, I cycled to nearby tourist attractions, cafes, and quiet residential areas, experiencing the everyday atmosphere of the area. Being able to easily visit places that were a little farther away on foot and explore the city at my own pace was extremely pleasant and enhanced the enjoyment of my trip. The breakfast also far exceeded my expectations. The buffet offered a wide variety of Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes, and each one was carefully prepared. There was a wide variety of fresh vegetables, hot dishes, bread, and desserts, so there was enough variety to keep you from getting bored even if you stayed for several nights. The dishes made with local ingredients were particularly delicious, allowing you to experience the unique flavors of the region and feel a little luxurious from the morning. As mentioned above, the hotel's location, the convenience of bicycle rentals, and the high-quality breakfast all combined to make this stay extremely satisfying. I feel that this is an inn that I can confidently recommend not only to tourists, but also to those who want to spend some relaxing time. I would definitely like to visit again if I have the opportunity.

The hotel has an industrial style and a good location, within walking distance of the canal and several famous restaurants, such as Bawei and Wang's Fish Skin. It's about a 20-minute walk to Anping Fort/Tree House. The rooms aren't very large, and cleanliness is average. A major inconvenience is the combined bathroom and toilet, with the sink located outside. Since there's no shower curtain, almost the entire toilet and toilet seat get wet after showering, and washing hands requires going outside the toilet area – the overall design is inconvenient. Additionally, there's the soundproofing issue many people have mentioned, which we were also concerned about. Because one of our room's windows faces the lobby, we could clearly hear guests talking in the lobby and opening and closing room doors at night. Combined with the hotel's industrial design, the drainage pipes and exhaust fans weren't well concealed, resulting in considerable noise. We recommend that guests sensitive to noise bring earplugs. We probably checked in on Saturday night. Although we informed them of our check-in time, the door was locked when we arrived, and no one was there. We only found out our room number and check-in arrangements after other travelers reminded us to call the manager. Since the hotel doesn't have an elevator, we carried our luggage to the third floor only to discover we'd been given the wrong double room; after calling the manager again, we were told it should have been on the second floor. Considering all the communication with the hotel before and after, it didn't feel like the friendly and hospitable atmosphere of a typical guesthouse. Next time I go to Anping, I'll choose a different hotel.

The hotel is new, the rooms are spacious, and the beds, mattresses, pillows, and bathroom amenities are all excellent. I especially liked the selection of food at the breakfast buffet. The staff are all young and have a friendly and enthusiastic work attitude. Unfortunately, we stayed during the Mid-Autumn Festival, and although we were excited to go to the rooftop to admire the moon, the Sky Bar closed at 9 pm, so we were disappointed. There's a park opposite the hotel where you can go for a morning run, and it's close to Yuguang Island for watching the sunset over the beach – definitely worth it!
