The bed has wheels, and it kept rolling around when I reclined to use my phone.

We cannot stop our praises for this hotel! We intended to just stay the night and explore a little of Tainan before heading to Kaoshiung. The friendly staff engaged us in conversation and shared so passionately about Tainan that we decided to stay an extra day/night in Tainan. They even planned our itinerary for us. We are thankful for the value-added service of helping us warm up our food (we bought food as our stomachs had limited capacity) in the mornings/nights. We got the double room with no window but hardly felt suffocated as the room was spacious, spotless and sooo comfortable. The carpark was a short 3min walk away. We enjoyed the facilities, but what caught our hearts was the heartwarming service from the staff. We do not have the habit of asking to take a photo with hotel staff, but for this hotel, we asked to as we wanted to remember the wonderful experience we had here.

The environment was spotless and had a very welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. My only slight critique is that the bed was a bit on the small side.

The decor and cleanliness are only average for the price range. There are no room keys; you use a traditional key to open the door. You can ask the front desk for a parking space at the temple across the street. It's a very traditional hotel.

The location is great and the reception is friendly, but the soundproofing is poor; it gets very noisy when guests come in late at night to rest and chat in their rooms.

There's nothing much to do nearby, but there's free parking. There aren't any special facilities, but the room is clean and tidy. There's nothing wrong with it. The price is not high, so it's a good option for those who drive.

Affordable price, decent environment, would stay again

When we arrived, it was already late and there was no parking space (first come, first served). The service staff kindly introduced where to find self-pay parking lots nearby. Although it is an old hotel, the bathroom has been renovated, neatly clean, and not moldy. The only possibility is that it is air-conditioned. It is old and smelly and cannot adjust the wind direction. The sound is very loud. It blows directly on people's heads when sleeping, which is very uncomfortable. The price on Saturday is very good and cheap. There is nothing else to fault.

It's a great personal experience. I haven't traveled like this for a long time. It's very close to the friends I'm visiting. It has strong functions nearby and a beautiful environment. It's really worth visiting. I will come to see you again! Culture Xinran Hotel, I love you...
