There are urine stains on the toilet, and it has been dry on it for a long time. The floor mat has just been spread out and there are hairs left on it (dark brown, my hair is black). I don’t want to say more about this hygiene. I made such a low-level mistake. The front desk said to change the room or ask someone to clean it. But we stayed in the early morning and changed things. We were very tired and too lazy to clean up and change the room. We didn’t want others to come in and disturb, so we dealt with it ourselves. We were awakened by the sound of welcoming relatives in the hotel in the morning.
