Everyone was extremely helpful, approachable, and always greeted me with a warm smile. Special thanks to Ahmed, the F&B Manager, Bakery Chef Muhammed, Atheer at Reception, Manar, and Ghazal for going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The housekeeping and café staff were equally amazing, and I felt genuinely welcomed throughout my stay. A special mention to the bellboy, Fakhr, who was very helpful with my luggage. This hotel is truly blessed to have such remarkable staff, who are undoubtedly its greatest asset. Highly recommend staying here for anyone looking for outstanding service!

The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most. No matter what time of day or night, you could turn to them with all your concerns.
