Hygiene: Acceptable. The room floor wasn't perfectly clean (had some debris), but it wasn't particularly messy either. Location: Fairly convenient. There's parking available right next to and across from the hotel. Plenty of delivery options too, plus a McDonald's nearby (as of 2026/03/04). Service: This was truly excellent. The staff member who checked me in was very friendly and even upgraded me to a larger quad room. Facilities: For the price, they're quite impressive.

Spacious room, which was great for us with kids. The indoor play area was a big plus and kept them entertained. The room felt new, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was good with a decent variety. Location is convenient, especially being near the HSR. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

We checked in at this hotel on the evening of December 21, 2025. Immediately after we got into the assigned room, we smelled a very strong odor of chemical spray. My wife couldn’t bear this and started to have allergic reaction. Immediately we notified the front desk. They offered to switch to another room. Nevertheless , when we got to the other room, it had the same chemical odor. Therefore we decided to leave this hotel and found another hotel to stay for that night. We had requested a refund and the front desk at the Comin Place said that they would contact Trip.com to refund us the fee. However, till now we haven’t received the refund from Trip.com.

Best nature vibe hotel in Taichong with indoor and outdoor onsen. There's a free mini bus from Taichong HSR station to Hotel at 1F Exit #6 platform 8-10 as hotel schedule such a convenient travel. I'm enjoy with private hot spring bath tub in room. Strongly recommend for your vacation.

The air conditioning temperature can't be lowered, staying around 28-27 degrees

This hotel is in a perfect location very near to the Taichung Train Station and just a short walk to the famous Miyahara, making sightseeing and travel incredibly easy. Having a 7-Eleven nearby was also super convenient for quick snacks and essentials. Absolutely loved the breakfast buffet options, which offered a great variety of delicious choices every morning. Another huge plus was having a bathtub in the room, which was amazing to enjoy and relax in after a whole day of traveling. While it was a bit weird that the self-service laundry machines were located right by the children's playground area, the overall experience was still good and convenient. Highly recommend staying here!

During the May Day holiday, hotels in Taichung were quite expensive. The overall environment was very quiet, and guests in the common areas were considerate and didn't disturb each other. However, for some reason, there was a strange smell as soon as I entered the room, which felt like a ventilation issue. It got a bit better after turning on the air conditioning for about half an hour, but the room still felt a little damp. It's very close to Miyahara Eye Clinic, and the surrounding area is nice for a quick stroll.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was definitely convenient, making it easy to get around. However, the room could have been cleaner and the overall cleanliness was below my expectations. If you’re staying here, I would suggest not expecting too much in terms of room condition and cleanliness. That said, the friendly staff and convenient location are the main positives.

It is an older hotel. It is near the train station. It is convenient to take the MRT, but the surrounding environment is relatively... The parking lot is a bit far from the hotel. The bathroom has no dry and wet separation, only a cloth curtain. After taking a shower, the whole room will be wet. , the bathroom floor was slippery, the breakfast was mediocre, with few choices, the restaurant was small, and there were many mosquitoes flying around.

The location is fantastic, just across from Taichung Station, about a 5-minute walk. Check-in was supposed to be after 3 PM, but we arrived before 2 PM and the front desk checked us in immediately, which was a big plus. We were given a quiet room on a high floor as requested. The room wasn't large, but the bed was incredibly comfortable, and my child and I slept very well. Nowadays, hotels in Taiwan promote environmental protection, so they don't provide things like toothbrushes and towels, and there's no bottled water, which is a bit inconvenient but still acceptable. A few minor flaws: 1. The bathroom wasn't cleaned properly; there was a lot of hair on the faucet. I saw it as soon as I entered and asked the cleaning lady at the door to come and remove it. 2. The pillows were too low. When we came back at night and wanted to add more pillows, we were told that housekeeping was closed and it seemed like there would be an extra charge. 3. The disposable slippers were of extremely poor quality; they tore after only a few minutes. This is very inconsistent with the price and high rating of the hotel; it would be great if this could be improved. 4. There are free drinks, snacks, and coffee in the public area on the first floor, but the staff usually don't proactively mention it. We only sat down for a few minutes to have a drink before leaving. This is actually a plus, but of course, if cost is a consideration, not proactively mentioning it is acceptable.
