If check-in process becomes fully automated, the personal touch for service will deem to be as cold as a robot, and may spoilt the mood for traveller whenever we wish to ask questions about travel activities. Next, after office hours, the shutter roller of the front counter is closed, hence there will be no access to water dispenser. Maybe hotel should consider to install a water dispenser for stayers to refill water, etc

Great location. Good customer service. The room is comfortable and everything is good. Can consider to stay here if you are visiting TaiChung.

The staff were amazing and friendly. The facility however needs some upgrading. They have a washer in the building but was extremely old so practically couldn't be used. However, there is a nearby (10 min walk) laundromat that was amazing. Overall, the experience was okay. I would prefer to pay a little more money for a bigger room or go elsewhere.

Trip.com does not specify check in is available at the hotel machines, only the hotel's website does, this caused us to almost sleep on the street cause the hotel has a check in slot for only a couple of hours and we spent hours outside trying to check in. Location is not convenient, price neither, it's Taichung, none goes there and specially because of overpriced accommodation.

It' was near the to train station maybe around 15 minutes walk from tha hotel.The room was a little bit small but it was clean.The airconditioner was cold and the water in shower and in the faucet was strong.The staff is really nice.I will book again next time

If I can give zero stars, I will. This is the worst hotel ever. I am well traveled and have so far stayed at over 100 hotels, including budget hotels. But this is really the worst hotel ever. Price ＞ We paid 16500 TWD (********* currency) for 2 nights which is crazy for such a lousy hotel. It should be a 1.5 star hotel instead of 3 star hotel Rooms ＞ No heater for shower on second day and we had to shower in cold water. ＞ Toilet bowl cannot flush on second day. ＞ Reception was not working 24hrs and we tried to use the in room telephone to call but it was spoilt and could not dial. Reception will close shutter at 6pm daily. They operate only at 9am or 10am depending. ＞ No refrigerator ＞ No heated toilet seat in winter. The 3 star hotel in Taipei and Taichung which we stayed was cheaper and had heated toilet seat ＞Toilet paper was fixed behind the seat. You need to have flexible body to get the toilet paper each time you use the toilet. ＞ No wardrobe ＞ Thin walls and could hear the cars and next door. It was really noisy and hard to sleep ＞ Requested for additional pillows as their pillows are really thin and hard to sleep. Guess what? They demanded for 300 twd from us and we negotiated and finally they lend the pillow to us for free. Lol. Never had I faced any issues at other hotels. ＞ The hair dryer is the WORST. It will stop working if we use it to dry long hair. It is definitely a disadvantage for female with long hair. They even had a poster stuck at the wall that we had to pay if the hairdryer is spoilt. Everything is about money in this hotel! They could give me a spoilt hairdryer for all I know just to take money from me. Service ＞ FORCED to write a good review during check in. Staff said will not allow us to check in earlier if we did not write a 5 star review. So now I know why the reviews was quite decent on Google review. I have two elderly with me so I had to comply as they were really tired from the flight and high speed railway trip. ＞ A male staff comment racist remarks on our country and said our country is lousier compared to Germany as he have German roots. Fyi, he doesn't look like mixed blood at all. He even told us we should be honored that we could see him as he doesn't work everyday. Communication is not a problem and we definitely did not mishear him as all of us could comverse and read mandarin. He mentioned that he is the person in charge of the hotel. Wow, it's no wonder the hotel is in such a lousy state with such a person managing the hotel. Security ＞ Anyone without room key is able to access to the lift lobby and also inside the lift, to the rooms. Very unsafe, especially for female traveler. Reception shutter is closed at 6pm so nobody could help if emergency arises. Only ********* phone number is given. PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL. THERE ARE WAY MANY MORE HOTELS IN TAICHUNG

15min walks from taichung train station, beside a busy road, some rooms might be noisy. confort bed and pillow. room is clean and spacious, shower room and toilet ok but bit small and moldy. tv, kettle, toiletries provided. check out easy woth machine. check in a bit troublesome if without counter services, make sure check in during their working hours.
