I specifically brought my kids to experience the luggage robot, but it was unfortunately out of order, which was a real shame. The amenity robot was also out of service. Luckily, the room was very clean, just a bit small.

It's close to Fengjia Night Market, but the location is a bit out of the way, requiring about a 10-minute walk. The check-in and check-out process is fully self-service, which is convenient and simple. Even when it's not busy, staff members are available to assist.

Self check-in was very convenient. The hotel's designated entrance/exit made it an easy and not-too-far walk to Fengjia Night Market. The higher floors offer great views and nightscapes. The indoor parking lot is spacious, and you can also add on the buffet breakfast on the 15th floor. Very flexible options!

The room was comfortable with no strange odors, and the mattress firmness was just right. There was also plenty of parking available. The hotel is close to Fengjia Night Market but in a quiet area. I would definitely stay here again.

Finding pet-friendly accommodation is never easy, so I'm incredibly grateful that Floating Cloud Inn, such a modern hotel, offers pet-friendly stays. From the moment we drove into the parking lot to the self-check-in process and entering our room, everything was clean and comfortable, inside and out. A highly recommended hotel!
