Lots to do at resort for toddlers

It was a theme park hotel. Very far from town. The hotel was not a bad one, the facilities inside are good, but it can be better for the price range. The theme park is very old, and rather run down, some equipments were closed and abandoned with rust... not a bad one, but consider the price paid, it was not value for money...will revisit if the theme park go thru major renovation.

Far from busy taichung area. With a shopping outlet and an amusment park to spend a day.

The transportation is very convenient.

Great for family trip. The service of room was satisfying and quite fast. As soon as we enter our room in third floor, we noticed the size of slippers provided was too large. To our surprise, they took care of the problem almost immediately. I will give the service five star. As for the swimming pool, the quality of water is also good enough for children in 6-12 age group. BTW, thanks for the swimming pool service people. They gave us medication for mosquito biting in emergency. Surely recommended for family trip destination.

A very nice hotel with all the fun activities for kids.

Very comfortable room with snack and drink complements. It’s so nice and out of expectation! Two toilets do give us convenient for a family in 4! Also , after a day of excitement in Lai Pou the hotel just nearby did give us a good rest indeed.

The service at the counter wasn't great. Is it just because I came from abroad and my attire made you uncomfortable? I'm specifically referring to one waiter, a skinny one with a bob haircut! Their attitude was terrible, and they even dragged other staff members into making fun of customers... OMG... What kind of society is this? ?????? Is it too closed off, or am I too open? Is traveling with my mom a problem? I have no idea! I'm too lazy to even mention the dust! The hotel's PR staff! Trouble! Your check-in quality is truly poor. 😒

It's very close to the park, very convenient, and there's an outlet next to it. I highly recommend it.

The hotel lobby is clean and the luggage storage staff are friendly. Even before check-in time, it is very convenient to store your luggage and go shopping in Au Lei. The outdoor swimming pool is also a great place for children to play.

The staff at the current hotel are all very friendly, and the hotel atmosphere makes you feel like you are on vacation. However, the service quality of the cashier at the outlet next to the hotel is poor, and they never smile, which makes me lower the score.

The kids are on make-up holiday from school, so we went to Lihpao Land and stayed there. The place is big and spacious, and the Lihpao outlet next to it is also very nice to visit. It is a one-stop shop for eating, drinking and having fun, which is very good.
