She was meticulous, attentive, and always smiling. The hotel environment is quite nice, with a rose garden and beautiful tallow trees. Nearby attractions include Shaxi Ancient Town, a wetland park, and the Seventy-Two Ideal Villages, all worth exploring. Thanks again to Wendy for the travel guide! We were very satisfied with the room type; the private hot spring was very comfortable, and the karaoke room was huge with much better sound quality than outside. A slight disappointment was that the hot air balloon couldn't take off due to the weather, so we had to switch to rose oolong tea. The only downside is that since the hotel is newly opened, the workflow between departments isn't entirely smooth yet. We had to repeatedly ask and verify things. Hopefully, they'll improve as they have more guests. Then there's room for improvement in the taste of the Western restaurant's dishes.
