The location is in the city center, which is more convenient. The overall environment seems to be good. The internal environment of the room is average. The mattresses are covered with hair and the pillows are yellow. The guest room is on the 5th floor, and breakfast is arranged at the restaurant on the ground floor. I asked a polite lady at the front desk where to eat breakfast. I only told the place and didn’t take out the meal voucher. I went to the restaurant and waited for it. The team was told by the restaurant waiter to ask for meal coupons, so they went back to the 5th floor to ask for meal coupons, and then they took it out. Obviously, some customers were in a hurry or were too troublesome to pay for the meal. Also, you have to see clearly that this hair dryer is ”public” and it is not in the guest room. Go to the front desk and ask them if you want it. If you mind, check in carefully. Anyway, I will not stay for the second time.

The front desk service attitude is very good. The room opened when I first checked in seems to be the trash can that someone else just checked out. The sheets didn’t seem to be changed. This is the first time to bring children to stay in a homestay. Compared with previous star-rated hotels, this well-designed hotel is really great. The coffee and tea boxes in public areas are self-made, disinfection cabinets, microwave ovens, refrigerators, induction cookers, rice cookers, Water making machines are readily available, and you can cook your own meals if you need them. Oil and seasonings are also complete. Self-check in throughout the whole process feels like going home. The only fly in the ointment is that the bathroom in the room we stayed in was a bit small, and everything else was great. The hotel is right next to the ancient town. The beef noodle shop recommended by the boss tastes great, so come next time you go to Taicang to relax!
