JINMAO PURELAX TAICANG ROSE MANOR

As young people booking a hotel, we really prioritize the food, stay, and activities, and this hotel arranged everything perfectly! They even offered yoga experiences, massages, a rose garden, travel photography, indoor golf, and KTV. Every day was packed with fulfilling activities. It was so peaceful and quiet, with birds chirping and flowers blooming, allowing me to comfortably enjoy my vacation. All the activities I tried were excellent.

The apartment is a small suite, and the highlight is having TVs in both the bedroom and the living room. The surroundings are beautiful, making it a great place to relax and recharge. The entire hotel is beautiful and very photogenic, with plenty of activities for both adults and children. Since it was a holiday (May 1st), it was crowded, and we had to make reservations for meals as there weren't many dining options nearby. We had a butler service, and they even gave a plush toy to our child upon check-in. The room had a mini-bar, and overall it was decent, with good in-room facilities. However, the air conditioning in the room was very noisy, and I'm not sure if it was broken as it didn't seem to cool effectively. The bathroom hygiene was poor; there was residual toothpaste on the toothbrush cup, the faucets weren't wiped clean, and there were many water stains on the floor.

The room type was decent; the living room and bedroom were separate, each with its own TV. The view was good, and there was a shuttle service for check-in. We could only visit the rose garden after checking in.

I added the housekeeper Vivian on WeChat before checking in, and all my requests were met promptly. It was my birthday on the day of check-in, and they thoughtfully decorated the room for me. It was a very satisfying stay! This was a family trip, and the kids had a wonderful time too. We'll definitely be back!

This hotel truly feels like a backyard garden for Shanghainese locals. It's about an hour's drive away and features a huge garden-style estate. It'll be even more beautiful when the roses are in bloom. There's also a church-like venue where you can register marriages, making it especially suitable for weddings. Our garden view room was an unexpected surprise – it was actually a suite with a small living room, two large TVs, and an amazing view. The vintage decor created a fantastic atmosphere, and the service was very attentive, especially in the buffet restaurant. Sunny Wang and Shelly Xie were particularly lovely and friendly, providing excellent service. During the Spring Festival, there was no price increase, making it great value for money. The only downside was how crowded it was; we didn't get our room key until 3:30 PM, and checkout was at 12 PM the next day. It left us wanting a bit more time.

The front desk lady's service was excellent. We had a lot of luggage, so she directly arranged for a staff member to drive us. All our requests were met, and the service was truly top-notch.

The hotel is new and the facilities are good, with friendly service. However, there aren't many activities. The breakfast offers a good variety, but not many dishes left a lasting impression. The hotel covers a large area, but it feels like it's not entirely finished yet. I would consider staying again once it's fully completed.

I'll definitely go back! I loved it; it's spacious, new, and the facilities and service are all very professional. They also have a lot of activities, it's a very comprehensive place.
