進出景區相當的便捷，酒店的服務人員也彬彬有禮，早餐是簡餐，房間大，床也很舒適，還有感謝攜程官網，因為朋友家中有急事改變咯行程，需要退一晚三間的房，和客服溝通後立馬就解決了，辦事快且不推脱！

如果是從天外村入口爬泰山，首先如家酒店。服務好性價比高，距離入口500米。我是下午到的酒店，休息到5點多去天外村廣場轉轉，第二天7點退房把行李寄存就去爬泰山了，下午2點多下山後取行李直接去高鐵站，交通很便利。

酒店第二次入住，酒店位置在泰山腳下，位置適合大巴上山，距離紅門坐大巴下山處步行6分鐘路程，下山後累死距離很合適，酒店對面常聚源早點價格小貴（兩屜包子一根油條一碗麪40，味道一般），我覺得還不如選酒店內自助早餐，景區可以理解，但對於早點價格稍顯不實惠……

房間很大，整潔舒適，位置真的是太棒了，就在泰山腳下，很方便上泰山。前台小姐姐總是笑呵呵的耐心為我服務，真的是暖心。還有大型的停車場。值得推薦如家商旅一如既往的支持。

前台熱情周到，細節滿滿👍家庭房非常舒適，酒店位置離景區進山車非常近，幾乎出門就到，很方便，還有很大的停車場。

賓館位置絕佳，就在天外村檢票口對面，停車方便，可以省下停車費了。房間寬敞，衣架，枱燈，沙發配套齊全，特別適合專程來爬山入住。

房間衞生間防潮，特別臭
房間窗户外面是天台，工作人員大聲喧嘩，房間隔音也不好。
房間內座機壞的。電視機內網絡。房間wifi也是壞的，連的隔壁。
部分房間電梯無法直達。到酒店辦理入住後才告知。
前台工作人員中文好像不行。身份證拿在手裡，名字能唸錯2遍。
兩人同行，衹需要登記一人，這管控……👍🏻

預訂了4月30日和5.1的房間，因為擔心行程會受不確定因素影響，所以是分兩個訂單預訂的，也沒有選擇原房續住，5.1當天的房間我可以在18:00前免費取消，但是前台在未經我允許也沒有我證件的情況下中午12:00提前給我辦理了入住，然後打電話通知我，我沒同意，讓她給我恢復訂單，她竟然讓我退房，態度還很惡劣
