We got there and they gave us total different room. And the furnace is not working. It is -5C outside. The pictures shown are very misleading. The staff is not very helpful when we told her that the heater is not working. She said she can only bring us two small heaters. So this place is totally a scam.

Great place to stay right next to Lake Tahoe. Private beach with a little dock was very nice.

We only stayed one night while skiing at Palisades but could have stayed longer since there was a kitchenette and kitchen tables with chairs for making meals. I didn't realize this is an HOA with individually owned units, which means the units are cozier than the average motel in this price range. The unit was very clean and the property is on and across the street from the lake (depending on the unit). I would definitely come back again for a night, or a few!

The lodge is comfortable and fantastic. There are some lodges close to the lake Tahoe. You can enjoy the beautiful view in day and night.
Room is clean and warm. All the staff treat you like friend. Though the heat system is quite noisey when it heat the room. But overall, it is a perfect place if you want get rid of the busy city life.

Right near the lake and with private little cabins this place is a dream. The staff is so kind and helpful. My partner is Betty allergic to animals so it being a pet free accommodation was actually an amazing find! It’s my go to stay in Tahoe now.

The front desk was amazing. They checked us in early and was super accommodating. We were about 50 feet from the water, but there was a spot right in front of us. I think it was a larger cabin. Very clean and tidy. Lots of construction but stay wise very nice and quiet. We would definitely stay there again if we knew we were going to get a cabin right on the water 50 feet from it was amazing but that’s the only thing I would’ve changed. Thank you for all the kindness..

We checked in & got a dirty room. Once we got to room they were not as clean as expected. Also there is no A/C.
