Worst condo I lived. Fire alarms 2-5 times a day, you really do not know already if there is fire or not. Yes, DAILY. Elevator is always under maintenance. Take note, BOTH Elevators. You either wait for HOURS or take the stairs. How about those who are living at 16th floor? Way back May or June 2023, the electricity got doubled!! No advise at all. The hallway is too echoey. You can hear the door of the garbage room gets slammed by everyone. Nightmare.
