The hotel's location in Bonifacio Global City is fantastic, with a high density of malls, restaurants, and coffee shops nearby. It's really convenient to go out for dinner or grab a taxi at night. For first-time visitors to Manila who want a more urban experience, BGC is definitely a hassle-free choice. I booked a suite at The Brittany, and the space was incredibly generous. Upon entering, there's a separate living room with a sofa, TV, dining table, and a pantry area, so there's plenty of room to spread out your luggage. The room had a warm, woody tone with soft lighting, and the bedding was clean and fluffy. They even provided complimentary desserts and fruits upon check-in, which was a lovely touch and instantly soothed away the fatigue from traveling. This hotel is perfect for a longer stay in Manila. You can explore BGC during the day, and then return to the hotel in the evening to sort through photos, work, or just relax comfortably. The bathroom was also a major plus – with double sinks, a bathtub, and bathrobes, it felt much more spacious than many city hotels.

Hotel is located opposite the SM aura. I love the convenience of shopping within such close proximity. Room booked came with breakfast which is quite adequate. However I was there only 3 times even though we stayed for 6 nights. Hotel doesn’t provide hand towels, only bath towels. We had to request daily. Another downside is the aircon is left running even without inserting the room card in the entrance slot. This is a big waste of electricity. Otherwise, it is a joy to stay in the hotel.

On the day of check-in, we experienced a power outage and had to wait over four hours until past 11 PM before the front desk staff was willing to negotiate a transfer to another hotel. When I verbally inquired about the details and location of the transferred hotel, they claimed I shouldn't worry and that it would definitely be an upgraded room. However, after pressing them repeatedly for the hotel name, I discovered they had hidden the fact that they were downgrading us to a 101 Hotel (a 3-star hotel located far from the city center), which I did not agree to. So, after another hour of waiting, they finally arranged for us to move to a comparable hotel nearby. This was the first time I've ever encountered such an outrageous public relations handling! To make matters worse, when we checked into the transferred hotel, we were told it was only for that night and that we'd have to confirm the next day whether we'd return to the original hotel or extend our stay there, which caused our plans for the following day to be delayed. Absolutely terrible!

Great location.. just at the back of SM Aura. Nice breakfast selection as well.

This hotel was incredibly bizarre. I stayed for two nights, and on the second evening, after showering, I was soaking wet and realized there were no bath towels or hand towels anywhere in the room. I had no choice but to use the bathrobe to dry myself. When I called the front desk, they confirmed that no towels had been placed in the room, and they offered no sincere apology or compensation. This is the first time in my life I've encountered a hotel forgetting to put towels in the room after cleaning. Unbelievable.

Don’t really understand how this hotel get “4 star” Cons 1. Poor gym amenities 2. Expensive 3. Poor service, request twin instead of king bed would incur extra charges nightly basis, not really understand 4. Room limited request two small bottle of water daily 5. Hot water supply suddenly not avail at night, and not informed Pros 1. Did cleaning well

Our stay was great overall. The staff was accommodating and easy to approach. And, the facilities are well-kept.

I had such a wonderful staycation! The staff were warm and accommodating, and everything about my stay was comfortable and hassle-free. I also really enjoyed the buffet breakfast—it had a great selection, tasted delicious, and was definitely bang for the buck. The location couldn’t have been better since it’s right beside SM Aura, making it super convenient to explore, shop, and dine. Overall, I had an amazing experience and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

It is better if there is a working table. Overall is a satisfying stay! Market market is nearby, the hotel is opposite to SM Mall, super convenient to grab any food. Recommended !

The hotel's location is absolutely perfect, making it incredibly convenient to get around. Additionally, the service is excellent—the staff are very welcoming and attentive. 飯店的地點真的極好，交通和生活機能都非常方便！服務人員的態度也極佳，讓人感覺很親切。 However, the room facilities could be improved. The bathroom towels had a noticeable odor, and the bathroom door was broken, which slightly impacted the overall stay. 比較美中不足的是房間設施，浴室的毛巾有點味道，而且廁所門是壞的，這點稍微影響了住宿體驗。 Overall, it is still an OK place to stay, mainly because the location is such a huge advantage. It would be perfect if they could improve the cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities. 整體來說還是OK的，畢竟位置優勢很強，如果布列塔尼BGC飯店能改善衛生和設備維護就更完美了。
