As for the hotel, I have nothing to say. Now, as for travel, yes, because the amount charged in advance on the website is higher than the amount paid on site. When I arrived at this place, I asked about the cost of accommodation, and the waiter gave me a price far lower than what I had already paid.

I went to Brasilia just to change flights and I did not have a hotel to stay. I used a ”day use” . I called and did the reservation and in less than 1 hour I attended. service was wonderful. very nice room, delicious breakfast, and nice locations. for sure I will be back. special review for the front desk team, they are very nice!!!

Room and large and clean bathroom. Breakfast with a variety of varieties. Officials careful and always ready to help. Although not in the hotel sector, it is well located and relatively close to the airport.

We had a very good stay in a great room with fantastic views across Brasilia. Kevin Silveira and Eduardo Viana were particularly helpful as were the staff in the restaurant. There was no kettle in the room (a slight downside) but the restaurant team supplied us with hot water on request.

I wanted to give a 5 rating because the location and (deluxe) room are great. However, disappointing breakfast choice, checkin issues, token gym and Wi-Fi were a let down. The hotel is very central and just across the road from Brasilia Park Shopping with a useful food court and some nice restaurants and bars. I needed to work so I purchased a room with separate living and dining area. They tried to give me an executive room when I paid for deluxe. Clear differences in description and pictures and I had to show this before they believed me but Mariana did at least then give me a room with a small but nice balcony. The most annoying aspect was that the Wi-Fi in my room kept dropping whilst I was trying to work… not great for a business hotel. The gym wasn’t worth having, tiny with not much in it at all. The breakfast was disappointing. Lots of food but none of it appealing. Not even a croissant or pain au chocolate for Europeans. I would stay again because the room and location are great but I don’t feel any loyalty after 9 nights there and if a better hotel pops up I’d change.

This is quite a big hotel. Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms with balcony. Helpfull and friendly staff. Great location - easy walk to a nearby shopping mall, as well as many of Brasilia's sights. Extremely good value for money - so much that when I booked I thought there was some kind of error in price and at the same time I feared that the property would not be as listed. BUT everything was perfect at the end and I had a very pleasant stay. I recommend!

I will summarize my assessment in positive and negative points: (I stayed in 816 room) - Check-in, at 23:00 a.m., I was waiting almost half an hour to be answered. - all the room lights are very weak! - You have no Globe TV programed on TV - My room access card has already failed in 1ª attempt, as soon as I received the card. I returned to the reception and reprogrammed the card. I failed again. I returned to the reception and failed again! Only in 4ª attempt, it worked. All this on the first day, almost half night! - The bed linen/shoe covers only the bedside bed, without 1 cm leave. If you look very much in bed, during the night, as is my case, you will wake up without a bed linen, which was what happened to me. - You have only 1 tray in each bed and you have no other in the closet. - Full of mosquito in the room. - The remote control of air conditioning is GENÉRIC, i.e. you don't know if what has tightened to happen in the air conditioning device will work. You need to stay waiting for the air to react to your command. - Wi-fi super weak. Even when you are connected, the pages do not load. - If someone passs through the corridor speaking something, you listen to everything inside the room. - No room service at night and in the morning. They only deliver until 22:00. - To ”amendate” this disability, they sell some items in the gateway, but with a price more expensive than those charged at the airports, where they sell, for example, a bottle of 1.5 litre of water per R$ 12.00, and I paid R$ 3.50 in the same bottle, the market. - The refrigerator has no bottle of water, even if it is to be charged! It is: if you arrive after 22 hours without anything, you will not even support a water. - There was only one roll of sanitary paper in the room, no others. When we finished, we had to call and ask them to bring another. For our surprise, they brought one roll only! - The closet under the bathroom, was leaving water and finished wetting the hygienic paper we had asked. - The box door does not close and the bath water goes out much, wetting the whole floor of the bathroom. - The corner of the wall and floor of the bathroom box were limo. - No air extraction in the bathroom, i.e., The air doesn't go out when we use private bathroom. - The bathroom shoes with any use, type: tooths shake. - There is only one power take next to bed, which has already been folded down. This is the first and only Brasilian hotel I have stayed at. Property was clean. Room was clean. Kichenette was really nice in the room. Breakfast, included, was good. The restaurant was also very nice. Room layout was good. Mattress less than average for business hotels. The issues that lowered the score and made this unacceptable were: 1) Internet was intermittent and unusable in the evenings. Completely out for hours on other days. Seemed to be a load issue. For me internet is more important than electricity for light. Other minor things. 2) sink backed up. - Not corrected for the 5 days I was there. 3) Colleague was given a room that was cigar contaminated - had to switch rooms. 4) Hot water was not hot. 5) I used a coffee capsule for the Keurig style (nice) coffee. Was not replaced for 4 days. 6) The desk staff did not speak English, French, German or Chinese, my only working languages. I can't recommend a hotel without reliable internet for business. I also noted that the room electricity was mandatory cut when the guest leaves the room. I had left my laptop on which had the result of running the battery dead. If there was a live plug to recharge laptop, etc. when the guest is in the room, it should be more clearly identified.

An excellent room for those traveling for work. With an excellent support infrastructure and very well located close to the main bodies, agencies and ministries of the Brazilian government. With two shopping malls very close by.
