The check-in building and the actual accommodation are far apart.
Also, the parking lot space was small and it was difficult to park.
However, considering the price, it feels like a good deal!

It was a room in the Heights. If you come by car, there is no problem at all. Unlike a hotel, you just get a key when you first check in, so you don't have to worry about coming and going in the middle of the night or early in the morning, and as long as you have a car, there is no inconvenience. There are no convenience stores nearby, so it is recommended to purchase in advance.

I would like a non-smoking room. Although we had planned to stay overnight without meals, we suddenly asked for breakfast during our stay, which was immediately accommodated. The people at the front desk and all the staff were kind to us. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

中長期滞在者向け施設なので、こんなもんだと思います。
ただ、あまり清潔では無いです。
部屋の床、流し台、アメニティやドライヤーがいれてあるトレーに、髪の毛。床を拭いたら、、、不織布雑巾は黒く汚くなり。
リネン類は綺麗に整えられていましたが。
喫煙ルームでしたので（禁煙が無く）仕方がないことですが、部屋や布団も臭いますが、何よりエアコンをつけるとひどい臭いが部屋中に充満します。寒くなければ付けなくてよかったのですが、布団は薄くて保温にならず。
あと、他の部屋の音や振動がとても響いてきますので、同日他宿泊者による運不運があるかも。

ホテルと言うより、長期滞在タイプのホテルで業者向けです。
今回、一泊だったので仕方がないかと思うが、長期滞在ホテルとしては、料金が高目だったと思う。

フロントのスタッフさんや食堂のお母さんも優しく、
2日間安心して過ごせました。
ただ、駅前と駅から少し遠い場所の２か所に館が分かれていて、ホテルズドットコムさんのサイトからだと地図の表示が近い方しか表示されていないので、どちらの館の予約なのかを事前にきちんと確認する必要がありました。
駅近だと思って予約をしたら別館の遠い方で予定以上に移動時間と交通費をとられました。
ホテル詳細画面の上に表示される地図のピンの位置と、実際にアプリで地図を開いた際のピンの位置が違うので要注意です。ホテルの住所をコピーして自分で地図アプリから検索をした方が間違いは少ないと思います。
宿泊自体はコンロでお湯を沸かしたりできたし、過ごしやすかったです。
