A hotel whose policy towards a quadriplegic disabled person who requests to stay one more night since he is sick is to deny him service and make him look for another hotel. Excellent service! 5 de 5 espectacular la atencion, el servicio tambien, la comida realmente una delicia. La calidez de su gente es muy agradable. Puedes disfrutar de un espacio en el gym en los juegos. En la piscina en el area de recepcion. Buena señal de wi fi, estacionamiento incluido. Beautiful!!

Have visited Tacna several times and each time tried a different hotel. When I visited Tacna a friend recommended me to stay at DM hotels (formerly the tourists' hotel and one of the first top hotels in the city many, many years ago. It has been bough by DM and they are revamping hotels along the country). Location is perfect, in the Alameda Bolognesi, right in the center and close to everything. Last time I had to travel and made the reservations last minute and made reservations at this hotel. Great choice!! the hotel is really good, half of it has been renewed and the second half should be ready by june - july. The rooms are spacious (that's great since most of rooms in other hotels are quite small), there is air conditioner, frigobar, spanish shower, pool, yummy food at the restaurant and the staff makes all the way to ensure you enjoy the service. The experience has been so good that not only it is going to be my first choice in Tacna but I am checking other DM locations along Peru.

Good location, facilities in general good (internet, air conditioning, safe, minibar, parking, food, cocktails, etc.). Large, cozy pool and well-distributed equipment with lounge chairs and awnings in a well-collected environment. In general, the staff service is good, I do not give the hotel a higher rating since it does not have a sauna room, massage room, gym room, etc. Good experience but it lacks those details to make it complete.

We went for one night and booked the double room. Spacious, clean room and the bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is a classic buffet, varied and rich. Regarding attention, the staff is 10/10, very attentive all the time. The pool area is great, it makes you want to not go out and stay at the hotel. What I would have liked was for the room to have hair conditioning.
