Overall it’s an okay hotel. Room price is cheap compared to hotels in the same neighbourhood. Amenities and services match the quality of a 2.5/3 star hotel. Location, though, is the main issue. Located right across from a male entertainers club and a male focused massage place. I would advise solo female travellers and parents with kids to refrain from booking this hotel.

A few minutes walk from the south exit of Tachikawa Station.
It's a bad place, probably because there are restaurants and adult entertainment stores around it.
I have to buy something first at the convenience store on the way.
I'm a little hesitant to go out and buy it again.
The room key was handed to me in a card case for some reason.
There was also a verbal explanation that if you lost it, you would be charged 9,000 yen.
I feel like I'm more likely to lose it if I get it in this case.

The bedspread in the room was very dirty. I changed the room and it was still about the same. It's a three-minute walk from the tram station. There's still a lot of food nearby.

We had everything we needed and had a comfortable stay.
The washroom was very clean and I took a relaxing bath.
The bed was spacious and I slept well.
I could hear the train in the morning, but it didn't bother me that much.

Due to the environment, we do not recommend this hotel for families with elementary school students, but I think it is a great hotel for business travelers, friends, or people from overseas because of its location. The facility is new and the beds are particularly comfortable.
