The location is a few hundred meters from Qianqian Lake, not far from the train station, and relatively conveniently located near the southern business district. The breakfast was mediocre. You can tell this wealthy Wenzhou businessman wanted to create something sophisticated, but it turned out to be incredibly tacky. The swimming pool is supposed to be on a basement level, but it's actually a service area with a massage room and swimming pool, not the five-star hotel pool you might imagine. It's been contracted out to swimming instructors for daily lessons, with lots of chatter. How unprofitable must this hotel be to outsource the pool and present such a lively scene to guests expecting a five-star experience? There's supposed to be a gym, but I tried swiping my room card five times without success. I didn't see any opening hours written on the door! The door was locked, so do I need to call the front desk to get in? You could check the security footage; it was around 6:45 PM, and when I went to get my clothes after 7:00 PM, the door opened. A five-star, tacky hotel! The laundry room and gym are both on the top floor. The gym's commercial drying service is fast and efficient, but they don't provide laundry bags. If you're planning to open a five-star hotel, please at least take a look at the basic facilities of a four-star Hampton Inn or similar establishment. No welcome tea. And how is this five-star rating determined? Even budget hotels offer welcome tea now. In this hotel, you're greeted by people smoking in the lobby. This hotel has a very friendly smoking environment; those who mind, please read on. These are just a few examples of the hardware; I won't go into detail. As for the service, the receptionist in a suit asked me to get her a hearing aid! Are you a retired policewoman? I patiently waited several minutes and told her three times I wanted to see the room, and she just walked up to me without looking up and said, "Where did you book this room? Give me your ID!" If the hardware doesn't meet five-star hotel standards, and you want to emulate five-star service, then please visit other five-star hotels and see if their arrogant service matches yours! First, you need to be elegant and have a good appearance; second, you need to be responsive to customers; and only then can you be arrogant. I recommend you learn from Hampton Inn. The whole experience can't compare to Hampton Inn Tacheng Branch. Don't believe me? Go try it yourself. Their breakfast and check-in experience are amazing! Finally, I want to commend the housekeeping staff for their honesty. I handed my phone to the front desk, and they contacted me. I've already had it retrieved by courier. If it weren't for the housekeeping department's contribution, I probably wouldn't have given it two stars. Also, I honestly forgot if it was a five-star hotel or a Ctrip five-diamond hotel. Even four-star hotels have non-smoking floors now, but this "policewoman" told me we didn't have any non-smoking rooms, let alone non-smoking floors. Ask her why she didn't just tell me to cancel the order? Unbelievable! Very good! I won't come again!

The hotel's location is decent, the service is good, the breakfast is plentiful, and the bedding is very comfortable. However, the cleanliness needs improvement; the room cleanliness does not quite match the room price.

Because the Duku Highway was closed on the 9th, we changed our route and went through the attractions in the direction of Altay via Tacheng. After exiting the Alashankou Port, we saw this five-star hotel with very high ratings and great value for money. The moment I stepped into the lobby, I knew I had made the right choice. It was a high-standard hotel with excellent service. It was a luxury hotel, and everything in the room was very convenient. They were very attentive to the needs of their guests. We had dinner in the restaurant on the second floor, and they even had yellow noodles and roasted meat, which was delicious. I especially recommend the stir-fried eggs with sand onions. The eggs had a texture like cream cake, so smooth and tender. My husband said it was the first time he had ever had such delicious stir-fried eggs and wondered how they were made. It's a five-star hotel, even the stir-fried eggs are five-star. The mutton soup was huge! The people of Xinjiang are so generous. After eating and drinking our fill, we had a nice hot shower and slept soundly. The room was fully automated. Just call Xiao Du and everything was taken care of, including calling the front desk, which Xiao Du would handle for us. The room had a great view and the scenery outside the window was pleasant, which made me feel happy. The hotel breakfast was really plentiful. It was a very memorable stay. I am very satisfied and very grateful.

實在忍不了了，星級酒店的配置，小旅館的服務。入住一週多工作人員全程板著臉，不主動打招呼，電梯關門往裡沖還若無其事，電梯裏工作人員問我：你多高，我心想我多好跟你有關係嗎。第一天入住打掃房間就把我的面霜丟了我沒有説，按燈四五個小時不來打掃衞生（因為有事着急給前台打電話打掃）。總之如果董事長開酒店是為了情懷，那你們愛住不住，但畢竟服務行業需要工作流程和服務態度，望酒店可以做好系統培訓
