What a suprisingly lovely hotel couldn't say anything bad about Luna hotel de tabua the staff are helpful and the reception speak very good English very friendly nothing to much trouble the breakfast was nice and lots of choice The room was clean and fresh and lots of wardrobe space Very nice place to stay would recommend it to any body We didn't eat in the restaurant so can't comment on the restaurant but was always busy in the evening when passing

The location of this hotel is very remote, more than 70 kilometers from the University of Coimbra, driving more than an hour. Don't decide if you don't have a car. The scenery on the road is still good. The hotel was converted from a monastery. In a very remote town, the hotel has a swimming pool and a vineyard. Breakfast is still OK. After the check-in, the front desk can help arrange dinner. The service staff took us on a tour of the hotel and there was a small church inside. The overall is good, it is far.

Pois é... vou repetir o que já visualizei aqui na pagina de FB, haveria tanta coisa boa para escrever... mas, infelizmente foi uma verdadeira desilusão! Quase que me estragavam o meu final de ano se não fora a minha capacidade de dar a volta por cima e pensar…há coisas bem piores na vida! Local maravilhoso. Instalações com tudo para ser um local de topo. Mas a realidade? Fraco... muito fraco! Quase a roçar o vulgar e o indelicado!!! Alugamos a única suite do Hotel para 2 noites na passagem de ano. Primeiro problema, chegamos às 20h e apesar de ter as colaboradoras na receção a verem-nos chegar com 2 malas e 2 porta-fatos, ignoram por completo e tive que ser eu a pedir ajuda ao funcionário que andava com o carrinho para esse efeito, porque as meninas estavam muito ocupadas a visualizar conteúdos nos seus telemóveis. (desde já o meu muito obrigado ao Ruben que foi o único funcionário que mostrou algum profissionalismo) Segundo problema, pedimos pequeno almoço para o quarto no dia 31/01 pela manha e veio passado aproximadamente uma hora da solicitação (quase na hora de almoço) e…incompleto (pois, porque ate poderíamos gostar do café azedo), la esperamos mais 15m pelo açúcar. Terceiro problema (e mais grave) jantar/ceia de reveilon completamente enfadonho, comida de elite mas fria e sem sabor chegando ao ponto do molho de um dos pratos se encontrar gelatinoso devido à baixa temperatura em que se encontrava. Perguntamos como é que era possível ter um chef na cozinha e que tal situação acontecesse, pois tinham chef, não tinham era serviço à altura dele. Um jantar que durou 3h30m sem qualquer animação ou simplesmente uma música ambiente (imaginam o tédio?) sim porque a banda que por sinal foi a única coisa que salvou a noite, só estava contratada das 11h30 às 1.00 a.m. Imaginam tal situação num hotel 5 estrelas?? Fiquei com azia e com uma horrível dor de cabeça. Pagamos (e bem) para nos divertir e brindaram-nos com uma pitada de música e comida fria durante 3h30m… quem me dera ter ido às bifanas à roulotte, aí pagava tuta e meia por uma bifana quente, tinha música gravada e que se danassem as lagostas (que não comi por vários motivos) servidas à guiza de bom serviço às 2 a.m. Ahh mas pensavam que a experiencia horribilis ficava por aqui? Naaa… para terminar em grande, no dia 01, no check out (sim porque apesar de estar incluído no serviço de passagem de ano, um brunch, o que queríamos era fugir dali a 7 pés para não iniciarmos o ano na presença de tanta falta de profissionalismo e de comida insipida) então, como o serviço de recolha de malas, uma vez mais, demorou, trouxemos NóS tudo para baixo com algum esforço mas …esquecemos as maravilhosas toalhas amarelas do jacuzzi que deixaram na n/ suite para usufruto mas que tínhamos que as trazer e devolver no check out para fazer prova que não as levamos na mala, assim, o n/ esquecimento foi penalizado com o impedimento de fugir dali rapidamente, tivemos que esperar na receção que a presença das toalhas fo
