The room facilities are relatively old and should be renovated. If there are concerts of your favorite stars in the future, this is the first choice. The front desk staff is very good. This time I met a young black-haired lady who was very enthusiastic and patiently answered my questions. I felt friendly in a foreign country and the service was very good 👍

Great stay. Easy check in and out.
Bed was a bit hard but it was great to have a microwave and fridge.

I’m sorry to say but the rooms we were allocated were just not ok. I did not complain as we here there for 1 night to see a band. The rooms absolutely smelt like sewer. The bathrooms were the source. We knew hotel was fully booked so wouldn’t be able to be moved so went straight to Woolworths to get air fresheners. It made it bearable until we went to concert then soon as we are back and first thing in morning smell was still there like you were at a treatment plant. All windows were locked, unable to open- understand for safety reasons but no way to dilute to air. I don’t usually complain but the hotel needs to address this issue. Paid over $500 to stay in a pretty ordinary setting.

I liked especially the convenience to the stadium venue. Also the small store two doors down is so handy for supplies. The staff were faultless and room was perfect. Will definitely stay again.

Attended a concert at Accor Stadium, perfect location to be able to walk back to the Quest late at night. Excellent customer service from the Reception staff, will do whatever they can to assist if a dilemma arises, thank you
