Close to Hyde Park, but not really close to the city town. Also a slope after getting out of the train, which is difficult for me with a big luggage. But thd hotel is super clean and tidy, good if you are here for quite night or so

I highly recommend this hotel, close to museum and central station. Rooms are clean even the toilet but one thing I noticed there is no toothbrush kit. But overall , I enjoyed my stay there especially the buffet☺️

The name of the hotel may be easy to remember. The room is a little bit smaller, but new and clean. From breakfast time, you can know this is the hotel many people choose.

I was really surprised with the Song hotel, and that’s a great thing. The hotel is located at the southerly tip of Hyde park, also bang in the middle of Sydney. It and is serviced by the museum train station as well as multiple bus services in and out of the city. The check in was simple with the option to complete most of the admin online and the front of house staff were polite and professional. I had booked a micro double room and was expecting something small. The reality is that it was a good size for any major city. The bathroom was spotless and the bed comfortable. With being so close to the centre of town I was worried about the noise, however didn’t hear a thing. The soundproofing was amazing and ensured a good nights sleep. The real unexpected bonus was the breakfast buffet. This was included in the price and was amazing. Scrambled egg, bacon, sausage, baked beans, pastries, tea, coffee, cereal, toast, juice. Yum yum.

The location it was really good. Near many places to go. The room was so clean and staff is really friendly.

This hotel is excellent, buffet, room, the bed is so comfortable and the amenities are enough like tea, coffee, sugar, etc. I just don't like to fill the kettle from the sink from the bathroom - my only problem. It should have a different option or design for water filling. Also, one day (Wednesday, December 27th) the Asian supervisor at the restaurant wasn't very nice telling me I shouldn't sit down at the rounded table, even there were no people and I was in a rush, it was before 8 am - she should have more criteria and manners when and how to say this to the guests. Generally it was a good experience. I'd come back only for the bed and breakfast 😋

Few of staffs at breakfast lounge are not friendly, however most of them are friendly and nice! Hope hotel manager get those few to behave well, we stay at hotel to have a pleasant moment especially on mornings

A good hotel. I like his kitchen so much，with complimentary breakfast，dinners taste good. The room is cleaned everyday. Although the hotel is near the street，it is quiet at night.
