APX Darling Harbour

Clean hotel room overall, but somehow the bathroom had some smell. The front desk was really friendly. They provide dish and laundry detergents. There’s a washing machine and dryer free to use, which is convenient for long-term travellers. I hope there could be more washing machines instead of just one shared by all apartments. The location is so good. It’s near Darling Harbour, China town and Hyde Park. Easy check-out as well.

Very near to central, and easy to access. Overall clean room but no dental kit provided.

We arrived at APX Apt almost midnight. The door to the reception area was locked but lucky for us someone opened the door from the inside. There's no one at the reception but there is a phone number to calll. We called and someone answered. He said he will send someone to give us the room key. The staff came within 30 minutes as we waited at the lobby. I was charged $200 from my debit card for warranty. The staff said my.money will be refunded between 4 to 5 days. It was charged on 9 Sep, until today 14 Sep my $200 has not been refunded. Please APX refund my money soon.

The room was large and spacious, perfect for a couple! The bed itself was nice and very comfortable - I fell asleep so quickly. Had a balcony which is pretty cool. There was lots of kitchen amenities which I appreciated, especially the microwave. They also offer a range of utensils, with dish soap to clean before and after. The bathroom was decent; the countertop was big enough to place my makeup and skincare. The bodycare provided was pleasant, even had body cream too! Overall, what makes this hotel fantasti is the location. It’s convenient and in CBD, and is situated right next to plenty of food stores so its always great for late night snacks. The walk to George Street and Chinatown is only less than 5 minutes as well. One of my favourite hotels I’ve been to so far.

Not like photos show on internet - apartment very tired and in real need of a refresh , and a new bed which was hard and uncomfortable with just one, too large (for the neck) pillow. And really bad WiFi reception . See pics. That said, location was great, apartment was clean and everything did work.

It’s very beat to TikTok Entertainment Centre so after concert I was able to relax straight away. The room is big enough for the peice, only thing is the kitchen floor is dirty.
