"Clean room, nice shower and good views facing the busy city street. All staffs especially the front office and pleasant and cheerful. It's a walking distance to Ratu Mall Indah."
SShinozoAll the staff were kind to Japanese tourists.
The rooms are large and clean. (However, the water flow was a little slow, probably because the shower drain was clogged.)
At the restaurant, the chef explained each dish in detail, so we were able to enjoy delicious traditional Makassar cuisine without any hesitation. I wanted to go to a restaurant in town, but the food was so delicious that I didn't have to.
I would like to stay again the next time I visit.
I would like to visit at a time other than Ramadan to use the pool and spa and check out the facilities on the 15th floor.
I had a great time for 5 days.
Thank you! Arigato!!
ZZmeyerNice one for the price. Rooms are not absolutely fresh, but its ok. Small and boring pool. Love their breakfasts - options, tastes, everything is good (especially pastries). Very friendly and helpful staff. Location just perfect - quiet center. There are a lot of good restaurants nearby.
GGuest UserIt was good. Unfortunately, when I booked through the trip app, I reserved a deluxe room with a sea view. However, upon arrival at the hotel, I was informed that sea view rooms are only available in their business category.
GGuest UserThe staff is very attentive and helpful. The room was spacious for the money we spent, compared to most other hotels we stayed over the past months in Indonesia. The locker room for left luggage is professional and safely behind a locked door. Breakfast has a huge variety. Highly recommend!

I recently stayed at [Hotel Name], and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location is fantasticâcentrally located, making it easy to explore the surrounding attractions and enjoy nearby dining options. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and accommodating, always greeting us with a smile.
The room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities provided. The bed was especially cozy, which made for a great nightâs sleep. I also appreciated the little touches, such as complimentary bottled water and toiletries. However, the room felt a bit dated, and the air conditioning took a while to cool the space effectively.
The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a variety of local and international dishes. The dining staff were attentive, making sure everything was well-stocked. I just wish the coffee could have been betterâit felt a little weak compared to what I expected.
The facilities, including the pool and fitness center, were well-maintained, but the pool area got quite crowded during peak hours. A larger pool or more seating would have been ideal.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay, and I would recommend [Hotel Name] to others. With a few small improvements, this could easily become a 5-star experience!
YYangmanmanThe room was great, very clean, and spacious. The staff provided excellent service too. It was easy to get a taxi right outside the hotel, and we could even order food to our room. The only downside was that the rooftop pool closed too early. I'll definitely book here again for my next business trip.
SSulaimanI arrived at 2 PM and requested a non-smoking room, but despite having specified this in my app booking, I was told to wait 30 minutes. After 40 minutes, the room still wasn't ready, and my patience was wearing thin. I was then reluctantly moved to a different room. Once inside, I discovered it was a connected room and completely lacked soundproofing, allowing me to hear my neighbors clearly from both sides. I considered complaining, but I was too exhausted. On a positive note, the view and the location, particularly with its proximity to CPI, were excellent.
