The hotel is located very near to Labuan Bajo airport and they arranged meet and greet at the airport to help you with the baggage. The drive to and from the hotel is only 5-10 minutes so upon departure date they advised us only to depart the hotel at around 1,5 hour before just to be safe. Check in process is done by the assigned butler in the room/villa and it is a very fast process with the butler informed us all about the resort facilities. The hotel has great membership recognition and we were upgraded to their villa. They also prepare welcome amenities consist of some fruits and sweets. The villa is large and has nice modern design. There are separate space for living room, powder room, bathroom and main bedroom which are all really spacious. The villa also has big terrace and private pool. The hotel offer complimentary non alcoholic minibar and local snacks once per stay. Breakfast is served at the Leros restaurant and they offer high quality ala carte menu and small buffet which rotating everyday. I also have dinner at the Leros and Umasa restaurant few times during my stay and all the dining experience there are consistently excellent. We also visit the Nera Lounge and they offer many kinds of unique local sourced tea and pastries. Their tea ceremony and omakase are recommended for tea lovers. Lastly, they have a nice sunset ritual at the Maiga Bar that is good for enjoy the sunset. Elsewhere, service throughout the hotel are excellent and they remember your preferences. Overall it is a very nice resort to stay in Labuan Bajo.

Once in a while, we need to getaway from hustle and bustle of the capital city. we always looking for tranquility and convenience. This resort offer both in manners that we have not experience anywhere else. First of all the location. it's not too close to the city center but not too far as well. still walkable but we find that having a motorcycle or car is a convenience. We can enjoy the unobstructed amazing sunset view from the poolside bar. The spectrum of menu from both the food and the beverages are amazing. I recommend the Sudamala Breeze and Ikan Bakar Sudamala (the sambal/spicy paste can be too hot for some) that for me they are the perfect pairing. My wife and my son loves the spa. they offer traditional massage oils. One thing that I love about the place is that it's located right in front of the nicely paved pedestrian path to the city (the stretch of the main road is around 5km and therefore 10km a loop) . I recommend to bring a pair of road trainer and enjoy the early morning jog!

Really really love my experience here!! I knew Ayana was good and I even saw some videos online yett I was still sooooo impressed when I arrived there. We did some water activity which were really fun. The service was good and this has become a special place for us! If there is one thing that can be improved is the breakfast, we felt like it was just so so in comparison to all the other things that we experienced there. Thanks Ayana!!

We booked two nights and stayed 6 nights. Contrary to most hotels, Sylvia hotel is situated at a nice stretch of beach. Around high tide there is excellent snorkelling right from the beach. The rooms and beds are comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is quiet and most room have a terrace with sea view. The price quality is excellent. The only negative site is that it is 5 km from Labuan Bayo centre and the only transport is a taxi or the irregular hotel shuttle bus at taxi price. There only a few Indonesian and Italian dishes on the menu. The service at the restaurant is slow. There are no other restaurant at walking distance.

Our experience at this resort was amazing. It's very intimate, only about 30 rooms, so a perfect place to relax. We had a Private Beach Bungalow, every room has its own sunbeds and umbrella just outside the room on the beach. The room was very nice, simple yet elegant, with all amenities. The bathroom has an outdoor shower, at first I was a bit worried about insects but we didn't see many. The staff was very kind and efficient, we had turndown every night. We used the laundry service and it was super quick. The restaurant is good, all meals are a la carte including breakfast. I do prefer buffet breakfasts, but I have to say the menu had a lot of options and everything was very good quality (cappuccino was really good and they had freshly squeezed juice). They do not have a half board or full board option, so lunch and dinner are extras (you can choose to have breakfast included in room price). We found that western food options were actually better than Indonesian ones. The sunset bar was also a nice plus. My husband also used the diving centre and he was very happy. The snorkeling in the house reef was very good, we did not do any excursions because we had been on a liveaboard on the days before our stay. One small downside is that because of the tides for a certain number of hours every day (the high tide happens at different times every day) you cannot really swim from the beach, so you need to go from the jetty. Overall I would definitely recommend.

I recently stayed at this hotel before a live aboard boat trip. The location was convinient and the hotel room was spacious and clean. However the hotel was very noisy through the night with music playing until after midnight. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant, my food took over an hour to come and was cold on arrival. For the same price I also stayed at the Sudamala Resort which was infinitely better, the rooms were superior, the hotel was set on the beach and beautifully maintained and the food was all delicious.

The most satisfying hotel in the 10-day Bali trip, absolutely worth the money! I really like the concept of the hotel's original ecology and traditional cultural protection. The entire hotel consists of only 20 independent small villas, and the number of hotel staff is twice that of guests. We think that compared with other luxury hotels, several points are very good: 1. Full butler service, our butler Diaz is very good, helping us to order four breakfast boxes for the next day's early trip, fruit yogurt Benedict eggs are available, and towels are prepared to send us to the lobby early in the morning; and all emergency services are very good accordingly. After staying, I found that I didn’t have enough cash for the next day, so I asked the guy if he could help find a car. He not only arranged the hotel’s shuttle bus to take us to town, but also accompanied us with the driver to withdraw money and buy sunscreen and bring us back. The three girls traveling alone really felt at ease. Finally, before leaving, the guy sorted out the things left in the room and took pictures for me. After knowing that there was a charging cable in it that was useful, he rode a motorcycle to send it to me at the airport. 2. The scenery of the hotel is very beautiful. I saw the most beautiful sunset in my trip to Indonesia. The beach is within walking distance and the hotel arranges afternoon tea in different places every day. On the first day, it was next to the pier and on the second day, it was on a private beach. The hotel sent us there by boat. Five staff members accompanied the three of us to drink tea and watch the sunset. They also took great photos and then drove us back. 3. There is no need to worry about having nothing to do in the hotel. Paddle boards, transparent bottom canoes, snorkeling, transparent gym facing the sea, bicycles are all free, there are morning yoga classes, and the hotel's snorkeling spot is above a huge coral garden. You can also feed small fish. When we were snorkeling, there was a butler watching on the shore. There were no waves and it was very safe. There is no disadvantage except that it is expensive. I will come again~

katamaran|The service is super good, and the most important thing is that the food is very suitable for Chinese tastes
1️⃣The sea view room is nothing to say, it is a standard for Indonesian tourism. Because it was cloudy, the photos did not look very good. The scenery should be very good on a sunny day
2️⃣The service is also super good. The front desk guy takfik taught himself Chinese and led us to the room all the way. He also said Happy New Year to us (˶╹ꇴ╹˶)🧨Breakfast can be ordered to the room. Because the hotel was newly opened in 2024, the bar is still being installed, so I was worried that the noise would affect the check-in and sent desserts to the room in advance
3️⃣⭕️The most important thing is that the food is really suitable for Chinese tastes. Because the transportation in Komodo is really inconvenient, it is very important to have a good hotel restaurant, especially when everyone comes to Komodo for a sea tour. After a tiring day, they just want to relax in the hotel and don’t want to go out to find food, which makes the hotel restaurant even more important. Recommend the fried noodles for breakfast and the Indonesian fried rice for dinner, the kind with wok flavor, first-rate 🍚(^^)🍜
4️⃣The hotel facilities are very new and good👍

Stopped at Seaesta Komodo in Labuan Bajo, diving-oriented, during a 1 night tour. Hotel/host is decorated in a pleasant white-blue gamma, with local color. Residency is fast, staff friendly and welcoming. The room is clean, comfortable and spacious, the interiors are solved in an interesting eco-style. All necessary is available: air conditioner, Wi-Fi, bathroom, teapot, 2 bottles of water (in glass, not plastic – according to the general eco-concept of the hotel). I was pleased with the dryer in the form of a bamboo staircase. Before entering each room – sofa. From public entertainment for guests – table tennis, on the evenings at the pool there is a DJ. On the roof, where the wonderful views of the mountains and the sea are opened, especially effective at sunset, – a well-designed swimming pool, a good bar and restaurant. Breakfast – for any taste. Satisfactory, beautiful, delicious, useful (meaning in mind the wake-up freshly squeezed juices – for example, with cane, cucumber, apple and ginger). Stop in Seaesta is very pleased, if the case is, they would return here with joy. Here is only an elevator for delivery of luggage, the suitcases on the stairs have to lift themselves. However, the male part of the group with the help of the hotel staff has successfully managed this task

GGuest UserWe stayed in this hotel for one night either side of our Liveaboard trip (so two nights). It’s cheap and extremely accessible for the port, so idea if you just want somewhere to sleep either side. However, the basic and superior rooms are almost entirely two different hotels. We initially booked basic, as the pictures looked fine, but these rooms were terrible. Incredibly small and dark, filled with mosquitos, shower didn’t work properly and the room was incredibly loud at night and right until the early hours because of the strangest disco which seemed to only have like 4 people in attendance but still played all night. After complaining about our room and asking to be moved to the new building for the second night of our stay (when we returned from our Liveaboard), where all the rooms were the superior ones, it was like a completely different hotel. Room was much nicer and all the issues were resolved. The price difference between the two was only small, so just don’t even consider staying unless you book the superior room. Breakfast was fine, fairly basic and nothing to get excited about, but good enough. Music over breakfast was strangely loud though.
GGuest UserWe had a Studio room on the 3rd floor; which consisted of a lounge/dining/kitchen area, bedroom and en suite. This was very spacious and adequate. The kitchen had a hotplate, crockery, cutlery, tea/coffee facilities, fridge, etc. The lounge, dining, bedroom were comfortable. The bathroom was ok, seemed a bit dated; and the towels had seen better days. They also have a restaurant on the 4th floor, where you can sort out breakfast, meals and drinks The staff was very friendly and helpful. They also arrange airport pickup and drop off, if needed Location-wise this is right on the main tourist *****, with a lot of bars, restaurants, and cafes nearby, along with all the tour operators, mini-markets, etc within walking distance Very reasonably priced as well
Cute little resort with a great pool! Would recommend upgrading to the hut style suits rather than the ‘standard room’ Lots of noise from the restaurant upstairs in the standard room. Didn’t bother us as we woke to watch sunrise each day but could be frustrating if you enjoy sleeping in. Wouldn’t recommend the breakfast/restaurant The output wasn’t great. Breakfast could use better bread (maybe from one of the local bakeries in town?) along with a wider range of options?? Coffee also need to be sorted out!! Was in drinkable We also hired a scooter that was shocking and in need for attention - we have to put air in the tyres in town!! (Unsafe maybe??) HOWEVER these things are all so little and we had a great stay - staff are genuinely beautiful and this sealed it for us! 3/4 out of ten mostly due to the view and the staff
GGuest UserAbsolutely loved this hotel - it is just how you’d imagine an eco tree! It’s a large wooden building with multiple floors & a restaurant where you can watch incredible sunsets. We stayed here for 2 nights - air conditioning was great and lots of room space. The staff were all really nice and friendly and the food was amazing! ❤️
GGuest UserSpacious room, clean, the room was cold & fragrant when checked in, the bed & bed cover were clean, nice, the bathroom was spacious and the room dryer was good. Add extra bed as ordered and free. View from the room veranda can see the sea, garden, hills. Very comfortable atmosphere.
GGuest UserWe booked only for one night in this hotel because we were thinking to to the overnight on a boat afterwards. The location was so great, the view amazing, but it was not the first option. The cleaning was not good, the sheets were stained (we complained and the staff said we could change room, even though it was the same), the toilet was too basic and it felt old and rusty.
The breakfast on the roof top was ok, the view was breathtaking!
Mmartin wStayed in a villa on the beach, the room was spacious, there were 4 bottles of water, mosquito spray and a mosquito plug in repellent, shower room outside but no problem shower was powerfull and worked well, the view was 5 star a stones throw from the sea, there was a restaurant on the beach food and drink was good a reasonably priced. Sadly a few things stopped it from being 5 stars, there is major building work going on near reception but I was far away from there so did not bother me, litter on the beach needs picking up more often, I hired a canoe and snorkel and mask sea was great and plenty of fish to see, but when I asked for flippers there was only one pair and they were too damaged to wear, my shower room door would not close but I was on my own so again no problem for me, an old speedboat belonging to the hotel left broken on the beach, someone (maybe the owner) ”needs to go round and sort all these small problems, this has the potential to be a five star resort, if it's not sorted it will get bad reviews,
GGuest UserWe arrived and the pool was green and the place looked slightly abandoned. It’s sad because I think it could really be a good hotel/ hostel if it was given a bit of love! We had a family room for 4 of us, which we had to walk through a dorm to get too, which then was a room without windows, the aircon hardly worked and the toilet didn’t work at all! We had to use the one in the communal area which again stopped working which isn’t ideal! Breakfast pancakes were good and wifi was good however I don’t think I would stay here again as it just seemed like it was a bit forgotten about!! However their dog is goregous!!!!
