FFrans FlorijnRoom is cleaned 1x every 3 days and the hand towels used are then discarded, so a nice mountain was dirty on the floor, not a pleasant face.
No ventilation in the room, window can be at a ventilation stand, but if the room is on the front ( street side), the sound of traffic of the busy street is ALL ALL, the window must remain close but no fresh air is not fine.
Too few parking places, really a disaster, and so ask when checking out: whether your car is in a HOTEL Parking,(and so money for questions) No, of course not, they are certainly insufficient.

ÂÂngelo Vieira Jr.The service was incredible by two Indonesian women who work at the reception, the bed is very comfortable, the room is very spacious, the cleanliness is excellent. A very important point: it is far from the center and Trier is not as easy to get around as a big city, so you have to walk a lot to get to the center and there is no minibar or electric kettle in the room.

VVolkovPerfect locarion, very close to the city center and at the same time far away from the city noise. Very clean and cosy rooms, delicious breakfast and nice atmosphere. It feels really like a home. If I have a chance to go again to Trier, I would definitely book this hotel again.

GGuest UserA two-minute walk from Marx's former residence, the location is on the most prosperous commercial street, and there are more food nearby. The room is air-conditioned and the area is not small. Good service. Check in at 8 pm after 8 pm needs to contact the hotel first to enter the door password, there are two doors, very safe. The hotel front desk is on the second floor.

XXIAThe parking lot that comes with it has very few parking spaces, and the front desk staff suggested that we park in the nearby parking lot for a fee of 2 euros. There was a bed that could be opened on the wall behind the sofa. We booked two beds when we booked, but the hotel forgot to put the bed in place. The staff was asked to operate and the staff apologized. Breakfast is quite rich. Luggage can be stored at the front desk. At the time of check-out, the staff must provide us with an English version of the proof of payment, but Ctrip is only Chinese, and the Ctrip website is replaced with the Chinese language. I have been working on this for a long time! Isn't the entire process Ctrip not agreed with the hotel? A lot of wasted time.
