Everything was amazing from start to end. Our host picked us up from the train station and took us directly to the accomodation. He waited while we got changed to quickly shuttle us to the pickup area for the bus to the Golden Summit. At the end of the day, he was waiting for us to shuttle us back to the hotel. The hotel’s location is spectacular and our room was beautiful with an amazing view of the mountains. We ate dinner at the hotel and the food was delicious. Breakfast, likewise, was really tasty. The staff really made us feel comfortable and were available to answer questions and provide suggestions at any time. Felt like a very luxurious stay.

Facilities: The bathroom has underfloor heating, and there's a dehumidifier next to the bathtub in the living room, which perfectly solves any dampness issues. Service: The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and kind to the children. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy, very satisfied with the bedding. Environment: The garden and pool view from the courtyard is excellent. Book Cafe: The biggest highlight is the book cafe which has picture books suitable for children; my five-and-a-half-year-old had a great time reading them. Welcome snacks: A generous combination of fruits and biscuits.

Our experience at this family-friendly hotel far exceeded our expectations! From the moment we stepped into the lobby, my child was captivated by the play area and welcome gifts. The thoughtful details in the room, like the kids' tent, special toiletries, and anti-collision corners, were truly exceptional. The variety of parent-child activities was fantastic, and the buffet catered perfectly to both adults and children. The staff's genuine and warm smiles, always considering families' needs, truly allowed me to enjoy a relaxing and pleasant vacation. My child cried when it was time to leave, and we've already promised to come back again! Highly recommend it to all families traveling with kids.

This is a hot spring hotel we will genuinely remember. We originally came to Mount Emei just for a weekend of skiing, but ended up staying somewhere that felt warm and welcoming, almost like home. The hosts were very thoughtful and down-to-earth. When we asked about our plans for the next day, they carefully reminded us to leave early, as it’s easy to miss the bus back down from Leidongping if you go too late. When we checked in, we asked for an extra blanket because my girlfriend and I aren’t used to sharing one. It was brought to us straight away, without any hesitation, which made us feel very comfortable and respected. Breakfast was relaxed and unhurried — we were never rushed and could take our time. What surprised me most was the food. On the mountain, where we expected prices to be high and supplies limited, the portions were very generous. When we couldn’t finish everything, they kindly helped us store the leftovers in the fridge for the next day, without any pressure to order more food. It didn’t feel like “service” in the usual sense, but genuine care. In the cold and wind of Mount Emei, this place felt like a small, warmly lit refuge. We truly had a wonderful weekend here, and if we return to Mount Emei, we would choose to stay here again without hesitation.

A summer trip to Emei Mountain was made even better by this hot spring resort's ”Summer Adventure” experience – a perfect choice for families with kids! The moment you step into the hotel, you're captivated by its forest-like environment – ​​the windows offer panoramic views of rolling green hills, and every breath is filled with the fresh scent of nature. Just a 10-minute walk from the scenic area entrance, you can easily return to the hotel for a relaxing soak in the cool spring pools after exploring the area with your kids, offering privacy and convenience. The biggest surprise was coinciding with the ”Summer Adventure” event! Saturday's hot spring fun was a paradise for the kids: water battles with splashing water, kayaking races for the whole family, and a ”South-to-North Water Diversion” game testing teamwork – the children were soaking wet from head to toe, yet still clamoring for ”one more round!” The butler service was impeccable: they proactively contacted us during booking, sending scenic area guides via WeChat; upon check-in, they provided children's slippers and mosquito repellent patches; and upon check-out, simply leave your room key in the room – completely freeing up your hands. The room has its own private hot spring bath. My skin felt so smooth after soaking in it. The butler told me that the hot spring water is radon from 3,000 meters underground, rich in 24 kinds of minerals. Even my fatigue was washed away.

My first impression after checking into the hotel was how clean and refreshing it felt. The bedding, floors, and bathroom were all meticulously tidy. The service throughout my stay was attentive and thoughtful, making me feel incredibly comfortable. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and tasted great. Overall, my stay was fantastic. It's affordable, and I would definitely stay here again.

A solid five stars! This trip to Mount Emei with my parents and children was truly exceptional, exceeding all expectations. Everything was impeccable, and I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Emei! First, the most hassle-free part was the shuttle service. After booking in advance, the driver was waiting punctually at the high-speed rail station to pick us up, and for our return, they thoughtfully arranged a drop-off. We didn't have to drag luggage around or try to find a taxi, which was a huge relief when traveling with elderly parents. So considerate and reliable. The staff's service was incredibly sincere and attentive. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and swift. You could feel their genuine hospitality and warmth in every interaction. The hotel's facilities are very well maintained. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the common areas were tidy and grand. The parking lot, lounge/tea room, and even the hot spring and swimming area were all well-equipped. The location is absolutely superb. It's right next to an ancient temple, and you can walk to Baoguo Temple and Fuhu Temple. It's also very close to the scenic bus station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the mountain. Surrounded by lush forests, opening the window reveals a breathtaking expanse of green, with fresh air and a tranquil, Zen-like atmosphere. It's a peaceful escape from the city's hustle and bustle. An evening stroll in the vicinity is wonderfully relaxing, and the natural mountain and water environment creates an incredible ambiance. Whether you're traveling with family, elderly relatives, or on a pilgrimage for relaxation, this is the perfect place to stay. From the service, transportation, and facilities to the environment, there's absolutely nothing to fault. Next time I'm in Mount Emei, I'll definitely be staying here again!

The hotel room was quite dark and the tapestry was damaged in some areas. The inside of the complex is quite old and could need some renovations. The outside areas are very nice. The mattress of the bed was very hard and my husband found it really uncomfortable. The hot spring was very nice and we enjoyed using it. Some of the food we took for the breakfast was already cold. In the official hotel pictures biotherm amenities are advertized, however these were not provided, just standard amenities. The hotel should not use these pictures for advertisement if it is not true. All in all it is not up to the standard that is claimed.

The hotel is ideally located very close to the scenic area, boasting a beautiful environment and fresh air. The service was incredibly attentive, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. They offered a generous amount of complimentary amenities, including station pick-up/drop-off, fresh fruit, and afternoon tea. The overall service was truly outstanding.

We love the service and felt very welcome by the guest relation officer. The breakfast was superb yummy that I finished everything that was given. Definitely must give the breakfast a try! It’s really a B&B, you can try to ask them for anything that are not provided in the room and they will give it to you. Our room doesn’t come with a TV but that’s ok, we just disconnect and enjoy the soak in our bathtub. The mountain view is as not very clear during our stay and the weather is really warm.. please do note that this location is at the bottom of the mountain. If you want to visit golden summit, I would recommend to stay near the mountain top instead. Lastly, there are not much food nearby so you have to take a taxi to outside for dinner.
