RRetired Travel AgentWhat a gem. Because the Airport Express is so reasonable and so regular I found this hotel to be an excellent choice for getting in and out of Baku ( 30 minute journey in a comfortable airport coach) . Nothing was too much trouble, and the breakfast was superb. The room was spacious . My 63rd night of hotels this year as i literally travel around the world, and I just thought this Fly Inn was way above my expectations for such an average name ! Well Done

AAbdoSapphire Marine Hotel is one of the best places to stay for tourists and those looking for breathtaking views, tranquility, warmth and happiness.
Staying with breakfast is one of the best choices and the best service.
The hotel has the finest and cleanest workers in luxury hotels.
The hotel deserves a 5-star rating with distinction, and the receptionists are very friendly and loving.
Bolt service is also available for transportation around the city at all times, which is one of the best types of transportation services.

MMuhammad BilalI had a great stay at The Ritz-Carlton Baku. The service was outstanding, with staff who were attentive, professional, and always ready to help. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a busy day. The hotel facilities are top-notch and really live up to the Ritz-Carlton standard. The only downside is the location, which feels a bit off compared to other central options in Baku. That said, if you don’t mind being slightly away from the heart of the city, the overall quality and experience more than make up for it.

1. I booked this hotel knowing Fairmont from other countries (stayed there) and the level here is down.
2. If you call and ask something, not very fast response. Ihad to wait very long for help with luggage at check out.
3. The price is expensive for the level you get.
4. The spa area which for me was important was old, needs modernisation. Sauna wood is dangerously falling apart, the jacuzzi in the pool have handles that are moving a lot, almost detached, stain in the pool is not cleaned. There is no supervision in the pool, some people enter without shower.
5. I booked for the sun and external pool, but its down in between the buildings, so no sun after lunch and its very windy.
Overall the hotel is good, but many things that ruin the impression.

AARN AlotaibiThis is my second time staying at this hotel and the second time booking their two-bedroom suite. For me, it’s the best option in Baku. The suite is very spacious, tidy, and the bed is extremely comfortable. The bathroom is clean and roomy, and overall the suite feels open and well-organized.
We faced a small issue with the water being too hot, but they immediately sent someone to fix it and it was resolved within minutes. Everyone working at the hotel is genuinely helpful and very polite.
I truly appreciate their service, and every time I visit Baku, I will definitely come back and stay here again.

EEuropean.mom.in.ChinaI stayed for just a few nights at this hotel, but I will choose another one next time. Our room was very average. It was quite dark, with a window facing a nearby building, letting in minimal light. Breakfast could definitely be improved.
On a positive note, the location is excellent for exploring the city, just a short walk from key attractions. However, since the hotel is on a main street with a bus lane, taxis dropped us off in a side street, which was inconvenient with a lot of luggage or a stroller. Overall, it had its pros and cons.

GGuest UserI took a taxi from the airport to the hotel, but the taxi driver made a mistake and took us to another Wyndham Hotel in a different area. No wonder the front desk couldn’t find our check-in information... Later, we contacted the Wyndham Hotel for our order, and we took a taxi again It was already very late when we checked in. The front desk helped us upgrade to a king-size bed room for free, and stayed for 2 nights later. The hotel is generally good, but if you don’t drive by yourself, you need to take a taxi to get in and out.

RRebecca CoatesThe service was not the best when we arrived. The receptionists took their time to assist us and when we finally were given keys, they just pointed to the lift and left us.
The hotel room was quite outdated with a broken leaky fridge and a bulky TV. However, the balcony was quite nice and the view was amazing.
The food was really good and it was plentiful.
