The best place to stay whilst visiting Swakopmund. The staff is very friendly and very welcoming. The place is clean. The food is great,they even serve mimosas for breakfast haha… You will not regret staying here at all.

Отель хороший, но уборка отвратительная в номере. Очень грязный пол, пришлось вымыть его лично, чтобы ноги не прилипали. В душевой плохая конструкция дверки, вода вытекает наружу. Холодильник не работал. Постельное белье великолепно, как и завтраки с шампанским.

The hotel was really good, nice bedroom, good beds, the breakfast is really good. The staff is friendly, one good point to mention is that they can book the tours and activities for you, which helps. The only constructive feedback I have is that they missed cleaning the toilet, I found the toilet with some of urine splashes over the toilet seat. The overall experience was good and I could return to the hotel again in Namibia.

Very attentive staff and VERY cute decoration in the reception, restaurant and bar areas as well in the room. Beds were comfy and a nice turn-down-service with hot water bottles in the beds. The views were not very special (view to the road). Also have to take into consideration it is a city hotel. However, we like the Gondwana concept and its approach to sustainability and combination with tourism while taking support of local projects into consideration and respective treatment of staff.

Staff friendly and helpful. Rms 12/13 don't have balcony and privacy problem as rooms overlook carport. Next to storeroom which is noisy Hot water bottles a thoughtful touch on cold nights.

Despite the large room, I had a sleepless night at The Delight Swakopmund Hotel due to bright courtyard lights, noisy air-conditioning, and unpleasant bedding smells.

While we had a lovely room and service from our porters and breakfast staff, our stay was ruined on our departure. We checked out at 9.15am and paid our bar bill. Our bus collected us at 12.30 pm. Once we were on the bus one staff member accused us of ordering a coffee at the bar before we left. We did not as my husband never drinks coffee and he felt like he was publicly accused of lying. The alleged they had video footage that they refused to show either us or our tour guide. When challenged they could not produce it. Left a very bad taste in our mouth.
