Hotels with Spa in Suzhou

I had a wonderful stay at Pan Pacific Suzhou. The hotel is close to key attractions like the Suzhou museum , administrative garden etc. The hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. They assisted me with everything I needed and made me feel welcome. The hotel itself was beautiful, with a traditional Chinese architecture and a stunning garden. I loved taking photos in the garden and admiring the scenery. The hotel also offered free unlimited entry to Panmen, a historic scenic area with ancient gates, bridges, and temples. It was a great way to explore the culture and history of Suzhou. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in Suzhou. Only thing that I do not like about the room is the tap. It’s the traditional type where you have separate hot and cold tap, making it less functional but it does fit the overall design theme of the hotel. Lastly , the hotel may like consider switching to big bottles for the shampoo/ shower gel so reduce waste and more environmental friendly. I will recommend this hotel to whose who like to have a different experience. Great value for money.

very nice lake view. convention location. good western and Chinese breakfast. we enjoyed the walk around the hotel and the lake. There's some construction noise starting late in the morning. When we are back in the afternoon, it was ok. Mr. Sivan Xu is very helpful who got us a very nice room to avoid the noise as much as possible. We are lucky that we didn't book the other one in he neighborhood. This hotel might have the best location and view on this side of the lake. can't wait to revisit again.

My boyfriend and I went to this hotel to celebrate my birthday. Oh my word! The service is out of this world. Everyone is nice, smiling and helpful. The best thing though we found the room decorated with balloons and stuff. And they had a cake for me. As someone who never celebrate birthdays, I was in tears. They really warmed by heart. Their breakfast buffet is the best. The chef’s are top tier. Everything tasted amazing. Their baked goods tasted exactly like back home. Everything tasted amazing. Absolutely 10/10. We will be going back

This hotel has a lovely atmosphere, we were greeted with so many happy faces. We got to check in early with a free upgrade, which was pleasant and kind of them. The room is so nice especially the bathroom. The bath tub is amazing so is the shower. It has everything you may need. We were taken to the crowne Plaza next door for the buffet breakfast by a buggy. The breakfast was fantastic! The only slight disappointment was the pool is nothing like the picture shown and it was out of service.... This wouldn't stop me from staying again though.

The panoramic windows offered breathtaking views of the city's skyline, allowing me to immerse myself in the beauty of Suzhou. The room's spacious layout provided a sense of openness, while the carefully curated color palette exuded a calming atmosphere. The room services at Suzhou W Hotel were nothing short of impeccable. The attentive and friendly staff ensured that my every need was met promptly and efficiently. Kimi, a male staff member, stood out with his warm demeanor and exceptional service. He greeted me with a genuine smile and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Kimi's attention to detail was remarkable, and he went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. His knowledge of the hotel's facilities and services was impressive, and he was always ready to provide recommendations or answer any questions I had. The Suzhou W Hotel also boasted an impressive array of facilities to cater to the well-being of its guests. The large gym, equipped with top-of-the-line workout devices, provided a haven for fitness enthusiasts like myself. Whether it was a morning jog on the treadmill or a full-body workout using state-of-the-art strength training equipment, the gym offered everything I needed to maintain my fitness routine. The spacious and well-lit workout area, coupled with the panoramic views of the city, created an invigorating environment that motivated me to push my limits.

Lovely hotel, the grounds were really nice and the staff helpful. It is a large complex so there were carts to take you around. We only ate the breakfast but it was quite good. Lots of fresh food and a good selection. The drinks option at the bar was poor though. They only had beer or tea, even though the menu offered many more things such as cocktails and soft drinks. It also took them over an hour to realise they didn’t have these available which spoiled the evening somewhat. We used the spa and the massage was fantastic and the service very good. We also used the hot springs which were nice- however the receptionist was very rude and condescending. The indoor hot spring was more of a kids play pool which spoiled the experience, especially as there was a regular pool next door which could have been used for this.

Five stars are not enough to express my satisfaction with this hotel. It can be said that it is the best resort hotel in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai. The premise is that you have the vision to appreciate it🤣🤣From design, meals, to the provided services The course experience is very unique and has never been experienced in other hotels of the same price range. 🌟Let’s talk about the hotel design and facilities first: the natural environment is seamlessly connected to Yangcheng Lake. The design focuses on nature, local culture and environmental protection. The architectural style is low-key and simple but full of integration with local culture. It is said that it was designed by a disciple of I.M. Pei , in short, very interesting. The building materials are basically made of natural materials. It is low-key and simple but full of vitality. I like the style very much. The details inside the guest rooms are also very user-friendly and environmentally friendly. For example, no single-use plastic products are used, and mineral water is packaged in free-brand glass and paper bottles. This alone is better than many big-name hotels👍 🌟Service: The standard is very high. From the front desk to the restaurant, spa center and guest rooms, all the service staff who come into contact can call the guests by their last names and remember their preferences. Many service details are particularly heart-warming. For example, you accidentally mentioned a certain kind of tea that you like to drink in the restaurant the day before. When you rest in the front desk area the next day, a service staff will bring you tea and say this is the tea you liked yesterday. The hotel also provides a wide variety of physical and mental experience courses. Basically, there will be a dedicated person to pick you up and wait before and after each course. The hotel's cleanliness standards are also very good, with basically every corner spotless. 🌟Meals: The hotel's The One restaurant deserves the word ”amazing”. Because the hotel focuses on physical, mental and spiritual culture, the meals are also vegetarian. We had dinner + breakfast here, and every dish was delicious beyond our expectations. Even the vegetarian wontons for breakfast were so delicious and unforgettable! 🌟After talking about the basics, let’s talk about the most special thing, which is the culture here. This is truly unmatched by other hotels. After staying here for two days and one night, I didn’t want to play with my mobile phone anymore. I have experienced quantum medical testing, Chanrou, heat therapy, breathing meditation, Tai Chi, musical instrument healing, and cooking classes. Each experience is very unique and can bring physical and mental changes. The teachers are also very professional, and I feel they are even better than the teachers in some professional places in Shanghai. Many projects have not even been seen elsewhere, and you can feel the operators' intentions, which are much better than the so-called ”luxury hotels” that are strong on the outside but do the work on the inside. ❤️Final summary: I thought it was not cheap before I came, but I understand everything after I came!

The Shangri-La is an excellently located hotel in Suzhou, a close walk to the Times Square area, which is full of restaurants, sightseeing, the subway and other amenities. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, with friendly, English speaking staff. The hotel has nice views from the upper floors and overall is really good value for money. Access to the gym and swimming pool are also a solid bonus.

The hotel is very beautiful with a nice garden and a private lake. Hotel check-in was very smooth, the staff did their best to meet our need. As we were celebrating our anniversary, the Hotel prepared a cake for us and delivered to our room. We really loved that kind act from them. The Buffet dinner is only open from Friday to Sunday, though it was not a problem for us I think the hotel should think about some guest who don’t know the city. For hotel check-in we were lucky to have King Jin and Selina who helped us with a beautiful room with the lake view and Selina was very responsive by sending the iron to our room. I have a big appreciation on the second day for Abel Cheng, the concierge who rented the power bank for me to use outside But Abel also gave us some direction in the city, he was fully available to respond. On the last day, it was Yolanda Yu who extended our card for a late check-out as our train ticket was scheduled at 5pm. Breakfast was very well coordinated with Jason, he took good care of our baby. Overall I will say that our stay was superb.

Second stay was just as good as the first, sadly the gym is still closed due to the pandemic, staff are very nice and attentive. Room is quite adequate.
