I had a wonderful stay at Pan Pacific Suzhou. The hotel is close to key attractions like the Suzhou museum , administrative garden etc. The hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. They assisted me with everything I needed and made me feel welcome. The hotel itself was beautiful, with a traditional Chinese architecture and a stunning garden. I loved taking photos in the garden and admiring the scenery. The hotel also offered free unlimited entry to Panmen, a historic scenic area with ancient gates, bridges, and temples. It was a great way to explore the culture and history of Suzhou. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in Suzhou. Only thing that I do not like about the room is the tap. It’s the traditional type where you have separate hot and cold tap, making it less functional but it does fit the overall design theme of the hotel. Lastly , the hotel may like consider switching to big bottles for the shampoo/ shower gel so reduce waste and more environmental friendly. I will recommend this hotel to whose who like to have a different experience. Great value for money.

Serve: The first step is to make a big boasting move! As someone who is taking the postgraduate entrance examination, I booked a hotel long in advance. In December, I found that the price was even lower than when I booked it in advance. Hahaha, it can be said to be a very conscientious hotel. It is in sharp contrast to other hotels where the price is doubled before the entrance examination. Compared. Then let’s talk about the experience in detail: Before I checked in, the receptionist called me to ask if I was taking the postgraduate entrance examination, and told me that they would arrange for us to be on the same floor, which would be quieter and have a good rest at night. He also said that if breakfast was available If necessary, they will help us make arrangements in advance. Usually breakfast is from 6:30 to 9:30, which is completely enough, but it is really rare to have such thoughtfulness and meticulousness. When I checked in, the receptionist not only helped me upgrade for free (from superior room to executive suite!) but also helped me carry my luggage upstairs. When I checked in, I was given a small prayer card limited to those taking postgraduate entrance examinations with my room card. The driver I had arranged for on the day of check-out arrived late. He had already checked out and took the initiative to renew my stay for a while and let me go back to the room to rest. Take the initiative to help customers solve their problems, 💎💎💎💎💎 level of service~ facility: 🛁: I chose this hotel just for the bathtub hehe~~The size is also very suitable, and the water temperature is always set just right, not too hot but hot enough to soak in for twenty minutes. When the back of the book was numb, I stuffed myself into the water ƪ(˘⌣˘)ʃ🎶! 🚽:Smart toilet! There are cleaning and deodorizing ones, but the most practical one for me is the heating washer. No need to accept the test of the Frozen Throne hahaha 🧴: It has a light and elegant scent of lavender, and it is mild and non-irritating. It feels better than the white company product I used during the holidays. It focuses on being elegant and gentle. The shower gel is easy to rinse and the conditioner is neither oily nor drying. 💡: The lighting is bright, and there is a special writing table with a suitable height. Because the lamp on that piece is placed above the head, there is also a small desk lamp to fill in the light. 🌪️: The hair dryer is a Dyson hair dryer. Hey, it has enough wind and won’t damage your hair. Hygiene: The room service aunt will clean it carefully every day! I'm a little embarrassed because I like to sleep in a ball on the bed, haha~ and I will choose a time to go there that won't disturb us. Environment: The environment should be discussed in conjunction with the hotel design. The design of the lobby is very particular. It not only conforms to the design concept but also has a Feng Shui layout. The lobby is furnished with mahogany furniture. As a first-class unregistered architect and a traditional lover, this appeals to me~ The guest rooms also have a low-key and luxurious layout. From the details, it can be seen that some of the hard furnishings in the guest rooms have been used for a long time, but the cleaning is really clean, and the certain sense of use makes people feel like traces of time. All in all, I have become a big fan of this place! Come again next time! ! 🌟🌟🌟

Polite front desk clerk. Room was OK, kind of average but no complaint. Window glass was unbelievably dirty that you don't want open the curtain even sunshine was beautiful. What really surprised me was breakfast. Food was obviously not matching Shangri-La brand equity. Maybe it was due to weekend promotion but no idea. When we arrived the table was not ready. I waited for the table yo be cleaned. A young lady came with tablewares. Before she did any cleaning she dropped the tablewares on the table and then about to clean. I asked her why she did that before cleaning. She realized something and moved the tablewares to a chair (CHAIR!) which is another surprise. But the best part has yet to start. She used a mop to rub on the table. I could see some food residues turning into paste and spreading on the table. The rest was wiped off to carpet...! Can you believe? How did you guys train and qualify new staff before the start working? I complained to the manager. Fortunately He understood and and cleaned the carpet. Shangri-La was one of my favorites. Hope it will continue to be.

Hands down one of the best hotel I stayed at. The service was impeccable and it was all possible with excellent staff. Really appreciate the arrangements made for my anniversary!:)

Parking is convenient, and it only takes more than 20 minutes to walk to Pingjiang Road. There is Ye Shengtao's former residence next to it, but it has been turned into a magazine and cannot be visited. The children loved the gardens and rockeries in the park and had a lot of fun. The front desk lady Chen Yuyan was very enthusiastic and gave the children a bunny doll with the Jinling logo.

Staff are very good , welcoming everyone , check in and checkout was very fast and easy way , all the team are cooperating, Ms.kathrine on front desk was very kind to guide us doing Covid-19 test. The breakfast was great , the setting area is very comfortable , great location as well. Strongly recommended this hotel and plan to stay for my next trip to Suzhou as well

Booked deluxe room but free upgraded to deluxe suit room. It was really awesome stayed especially after tired business trip from Shanghai. The room was unexpected spacious for 2 of us. Thank you again for the great full hospitality. Makes us unforgettable pleasant trip.

Did not meet expectations. Building has issues. -Rooms had temperature issues that the AC could not handle, Hotel tries to handle this with curtains and a paper notice (see picture. With the curtains closed Room was 35°C at check-in in winter because the room was on the sunny side). -Lack of hot water for the shower/bath in the evening, hotel said it has trouble handling peak hours (and they weren't even fully booked). -Shoehorn dropped in the middle of the night, waking us. Hanger is a double sided tape variety. -Other obvious maintenance issues like the electrical socket being misaligned, and the toilet seat having bad gearing in the smart toilet. -No decaf coffee available in the room, the staff said there is none (did not even know what it was). Normally with this brand of coffee the decaf is in blue packets. -Breakfast was mediocre at best. Pretty standard mainland fare. Line to the noodle stall was excessive, and for everything else the quality was lacking. On the positive side, the pool and the sauna were satisfactory. Good parking too. Firm bed for those who like it. Staff was fairly responsive despite, although Chinese is helpful. And for one of the 3 rooms booked we got an upgrade (although all of the negatives above still apply)

very nice lake view. convention location. good western and Chinese breakfast. we enjoyed the walk around the hotel and the lake. There's some construction noise starting late in the morning. When we are back in the afternoon, it was ok. Mr. Sivan Xu is very helpful who got us a very nice room to avoid the noise as much as possible. We are lucky that we didn't book the other one in he neighborhood. This hotel might have the best location and view on this side of the lake. can't wait to revisit again.

My boyfriend and I went to this hotel to celebrate my birthday. Oh my word! The service is out of this world. Everyone is nice, smiling and helpful. The best thing though we found the room decorated with balloons and stuff. And they had a cake for me. As someone who never celebrate birthdays, I was in tears. They really warmed by heart. Their breakfast buffet is the best. The chef’s are top tier. Everything tasted amazing. Their baked goods tasted exactly like back home. Everything tasted amazing. Absolutely 10/10. We will be going back
