Her professionalism, communication skills, and sense of responsibility made me feel completely at ease; the entire process was flawless. My husband and I wanted to help our child practice their conversational skills, so we decided to let them handle the check-in process themselves, without our interference. We felt a bit bad about potentially inconveniencing the staff, but Tang Zixuan's attitude was truly exceptional. She showed not a hint of impatience, patiently listening to our child's requests and questions, and handled everything perfectly. She was consistently gentle and understanding when we asked about travel plans or had other inquiries, always offering reasonable advice from an objective perspective. What left the deepest impression was a last-minute change to our plans right before we left home. I called the front desk, and Tang Zixuan immediately offered two solutions: either change our check-in time or keep the room reserved and allow a late checkout until 2 PM the next day. Thanks to her efficient handling, we were able to check in smoothly, and our trip went much more pleasantly as a result. Her meticulous and thoughtful service is definitely a reason to choose this place again. Whenever we called or needed something in person and connected with her, she was always responsive and followed through on every request. Even small details were handled with care and attention; she even offered us a bottle of water as we were heading out for the day. Such attentive and professional service truly made this trip an experience far beyond my expectations. This five-star rating is genuinely given, and I sincerely hope Tang Zixuan continues to thrive. I will not hesitate to choose Hengli again for future travel plans and will gladly recommend her to any friends in need of accommodation.

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The modern Chinese-style lobby is elegant and grand. Our lake view room offered expansive views directly over Taihu Lake. The room itself was clean and spacious, with soft bedding and all the smart amenities you could wish for. We traveled with our baby, and they loved it here too. The service was attentive and thoughtful, and the breakfast selection was extensive. The heated pool was very comfortable. This is definitely our top choice for a vacation in Suzhou, and we'll be staying here again!

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right across from Taihu Lake. The room was spacious, with new and complete facilities, and even included a bath-tub liner. Overall, it was very clean and tidy, and the soundproofing was good, so it was quiet at night.

Quiet, recently opened, with expansive views. Offers stellar service and is built along the picturesque East Tai Lake, nestled amidst lush mountains and clear waters. The hotel blends new Chinese design into elegant contemporary interiors, incorporating elements emphasized in Chinese gardens: wind, abundance, water, and joy.

The room was great and the service was excellent. The hotel breakfast was very good with a wide variety of options. They contacted me in advance to ask about my needs and even arranged for my room to be on the top floor with a great view. Overall, it was a very good stay.

The rooms are spacious, bright, comfortable, and modern, and the lake view rooms offer fantastic scenery. The hotel lobby is luxurious, elegant, and grand. Breakfast is plentiful. It's incredibly convenient for catching a show at the Suzhou Bay Grand Theatre, as it's right downstairs. Even if you're not seeing a show, the surrounding Taihu Lake scenery and walking trails are perfect for a relaxing getaway. All in all, the hotel is superb!

The facilities are new, the hygiene is impeccable, the environment is tranquil, and the service is excellent. The lake-view room offers a wide vista, though it was a pity it rained that day. I'll definitely return to experience it again. The breakfast was also fantastic, with a great variety and fresh fruit. This is *the* go-to hotel for anyone attending a play at the Suzhou Bay Grand Theater, no question. Plus, the Suzhou Bay Museum and Rainbow Bridge are nearby, which are great for photos.

If there were a seven-star rating, I'd gladly give seven stars. The service is unparalleled, every single staff member in every department is incredibly kind and makes you feel comfortable and warm. They thoughtfully delivered building block toys to our room for my child, and even brought in a heavy building block table. When we checked out, they chased after us to give a bag of food to my child – not just simple snacks, but beautifully packed fruit, bread, and a vegetable salad! During swimming, I mentioned the ginger and red date tea was a bit cool, and someone immediately came to warm it up! There are too many positives to list, I'm afraid to mention them all in case the prices go up 😅 I won't single out anyone because every staff member I encountered was thoughtful and warm. So, I'll just give a shoutout to the entire Hengli team!

I expected check-in to be a hassle, but Tang Zixuan was incredibly efficient. She quickly verified my information and processed everything in under 5 minutes. As soon as I mentioned I was on a business trip, she even proactively asked if I needed to print any meeting materials, which was incredibly thoughtful. There was a minor issue during my stay, and when I informed Tang Zixuan, she was very cooperative in resolving it. This ensured I was able to complete my PPT revisions on time and didn't delay my meeting. The hotel's location is excellent, making travel convenient, and the rooms are clean and quiet – very suitable for business travelers. Tang Zixuan, as a front desk staff member, demonstrated exceptional professionalism. She was quick to respond to requests, efficient in problem-solving, and her attitude was both professional and appropriate, without any perfunctoriness. Such professional service not only enhanced the overall hotel experience but also made me feel valued. The hotel was very easy to find, and parking was convenient since we drove ourselves. There was a dedicated staff member on duty at the entrance, and we even had butler service once inside. After the musical, we returned around 10 PM, and there was still someone on duty – big thanks to the staff for their hard work! The executive lounge on the 38th floor even offered free congee in the evening, which was a warm and thoughtful touch.

We loved Hengli hotel. The staff were so kind taking care of us. Ms. Cheng was particularly helpful answering our questions throughout our time there. We loved the spacious clean swimming pool and the yummy, varied breakfast. They also had an evening porridge available which was amazing when we arrived home late. We went to a show at the Suzhou Bay Grand Theatre nearby and it was easy to walk there and to local restaurants. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

Everything about the room was great. The first room smelled like smoke, and they immediately changed it for us. The only minor issue was that some details in the room's cleanliness could be improved, for instance, the faucet handles in the sink clearly hadn't been cleaned in a long time.
