1.門卡頓，打開困難。房間臭味和煙味，不知道哪來的。一陣一陣的。開2個房間都是這樣臭。到處是沒打擾的灰和煙灰。2.燈光昏暗，非近視，卻看不清。3.房間有蚊子，沒有蚊香片，礦泉水，wifi 密碼，是打電話才送來的。ps:房間沒有電話，要手機去搜然後撥打。4.洗手枱沒有熱水，衹有淋浴房有熱水，淋浴房衹有晚上有熱水，早上衹有温水。Ps:我們沒有洗頭，淋浴房卻堵，是打電話讓人來通的。5.空調遙控器不好使，弄好久，打開了，然後無法調，無法關……6.沒有吹風機7.發票問題，從網站訂的，不給開我們實付價格，衹能開，網站都給他的價格。8.不給停車券9.服務態度差，帶有個人情緒工作。10.環境差設施老舊，衞生差，上傳有圖片。
