美女老闆不在，老闆媽媽在打理，很和善可親，民宿的一樓公共區域也佈置的很美膩。房間的床品體驗感也不錯，柔軟舒適。缺點也是顯而易見的，房間設施非常一般，房間內面紙、燒水壺等物品都沒有，配的一次性牙刷等用品質量不佳，衞生潔凈度也有待加強，需要提升的地方還有很多。希望越辦越好！

針對商家的回覆，我再作一個點評
衞生：本酒店總體而言衞生較好，進門需要更換拖鞋，但提供的是顧客重複使用的絨毛拖鞋，存在衞生風險；我們首次要求提供一次性拖鞋，商家明確答覆沒有，最後我們決定赤腳進入酒店後，商家才非常勉強地拿出一次性拖鞋，質量也很差，對於700元的房費，我認為這點比較不妥。
環境：周邊環境較好，不再贅述。
服務：比較一般，早餐建議外出就餐。
設施：比較一般，無門鎖，外出後貴重物品放在房間存在安全隱患。
結論：以我過往的旅遊經歷判斷，如果該酒店的價格在200元左右（非週末節假日），是比較有性價比的選擇。

五一出行，性價比有點低。將近700的房間，房間設施很普通，沒有電視機。衞生間乾濕不分離…熱水出水量也很小…洗完澡沒有吹風機，頂着濕頭髮喊阿姨送上來…
有一説一，一樓大廳真的佈置的非常漂亮，很有感覺。不過設施上確實要跟進啊！

這是讓我家對新環境社恐的貓貓有安全感的一家民宿，老闆性格直爽幽默，裝修風格也是用心佈置，家裡還有一衹黑到晚上找不到的修狗，風景讓人感到愜意，晚上還有吧枱酒水，燈光也會讓人感到放鬆，老婆很滿意，周邊遊玩入住的首選喲！

服務：到的時候天色已經很晚，怕不好找給店主不停的打電話，美女特別有耐心的指引。天還有點兒涼，她就站在巷子口一直等着我們，像是冬日裏的暖陽，又像是等待你回家的家人。
環境：雖然還是初春滿屋滿院的綠植都被照顧的很好，有種混入東南亞的異國風情感。鬆弛有度，熱情奔放又文藝感拉滿，如老闆一樣，是位懂浪漫的佳人。
衞生：温妮（小黑比熊）都是香香的，眼神清澈愛戴親切。桌上隨性擺放的水果跟自泡的梅子酒，如同人間煙火，甜中帶一些酒精的刺激。清晨的一晚熱麪，美女老闆隨口跟我説“去院子裏揪幾根香葱吧，來自山東的朋友。”於是連泥帶土的給人家拔了一整頭蒜苗…就叫它接地氣吧……哈哈哈
設施：“七”在西山，有着西山一切的特性：枇杷樹，老井，碧螺春… “七”還有着不屬於西山衹屬於美女老闆的特殊性：復古的美式，叢林版的熱帶風情，即便是入鄉隨俗也精緻的品質生活方式；不衹是周遊列國以後的平靜，還有着永不停歇對生活的追求…
來這裏，靜靜的發呆，都能有很多的感悟，更何況是與一羣陌生又志同道合的朋友們相識，分享共同的話題，不用的交集呢……
