1. Poor hygiene. As soon as I entered the room, I saw straw paper on the bathroom floor, a lot of hair, black stains and water. The sofa peeled off and the refrigerator was covered in dust.
2. Poor facilities. The TV can't be turned on, so I have to ask the staff to come up and unplug the cable to restart it. There is no landline phone in the room, so you have to ask the front desk to call with your own mobile phone.
3. The environment is chaotic. It seems that there are not only hotels in a building, but also residents.
