These are serious oversights in our management and service, preventing you from getting a peaceful and comfortable rest. We feel extremely sorry for this. Regarding the noise issue, we will immediately strengthen the management of the surrounding environment, communicate and coordinate in a timely manner, and install soundproofing facilities as soon as possible. For the outdated room and malfunctioning lock, we will immediately arrange for our engineers to conduct a comprehensive inspection and replacement. We will also standardize our cleaning standards and perform a deep cleaning or replace the carpets. We will also adjust the placement of toiletries to ensure convenient use upon check-in.
